Elvina Academy is a free public library of short lessons and working templates for owners, managers and trainers in small and mid-size businesses. The lessons walk through one pilot method: pick an outcome someone can show, gather sources an owner stands behind, write practice, review a release and read the result honestly. The templates cover documents such as an SOP, a skills matrix or a first-day agenda, and reading them needs no account. When you bring a filled template, Elvina drafts the lesson, quiz and job aid behind it from your approved sources, available now.

## What happens on the free demo

- Book 30 minutes. Pick a time with Elvina's team. The demo is free and runs on Zoom.
- Show the team your goal. Bring one role or one procedure. The team shows how Elvina would handle it, using sample materials.
- Agree on the next step. You leave with a plan for the first step and its price. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.

## Questions

**Q:** Do I need an account to use the Academy?

No. The lessons and templates are public pages you can read, copy and adapt in your own tools. An account matters only when you want Elvina to turn your own approved material into lessons, quizzes and job aids for your team.

**Q:** Does finishing the Academy lessons give a certificate?

No. The Academy issues no certificate and no badge. Each lesson ends with a short exercise you check yourself, because the point is a working plan for one real task in your business, not a credential.

**Q:** How do the lessons and the templates fit together?

The lessons teach the method: choose an outcome, collect sources, build practice, review the release and read the result. The templates are the documents you fill out along the way, such as an SOP or a skills matrix. Lessons drafted by Elvina from a filled template are available now.
