# A Quiz From Your Procedure, Made With Elvina in the Chat

Send Elvina one procedure, checklist or policy in the chat, and she turns it into a short check for a new hire on that routine. Your manager reviews the questions and approves the quiz before anyone on your team takes it.

## What a quiz from your procedure is

A quiz from your procedure is a short check for a new hire, built from the steps your own team follows. It suits owners and managers who want to know that a new person understood one routine before the first real shift. Send Elvina the procedure, checklist or policy in the chat on this page and name the role. Quizzes drafted from your text are available now, a person on your side approves each one, and completions per person are recorded once it is assigned on the Learning Platform, which comes with Team; scores are not stored.

## What happens on the free demo

- Book 30 minutes. Pick a time with Elvina's team. The demo is free and runs on Zoom.
- Show the team your goal. Bring one role or one procedure. The team shows how Elvina would handle it, using sample materials.
- Agree on the next step. You leave with a plan for the first step and its price. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.

## What to send Elvina

A useful check starts from the steps your team already follows. Send what you have, and Elvina asks in the chat for anything she is missing.

- One procedure, checklist or policy for one role: paste up to 4,000 characters, or attach a longer one as a .txt or .md file of up to 20,000 characters.
- The role the check is for, such as a new front desk hire or a line cook in the first week.
- The steps where a mistake costs you most, if you already know them.
- The person who confirms the answer key before anyone is checked.

## What you get back

Elvina writes the questions around the decisions a new hire makes at work, so each question checks a real step, not a definition.

- A short quiz drafted from your own text, with the correct answers marked in the manager copy (available now).
- A draft that stays a draft until your manager approves it (available now).
- Assignment by group or location on the Learning Platform, included in Team, with completions per person (available now); quiz answers and scores are not stored.
- One quiz can be your free sample, before you pay anything.

## Why it happens in the chat

In the chat, Elvina asks which role the check is for and which steps matter, so the quiz fits your routine. It goes through the same approval as every other material, and nothing reaches your team before your manager approves it.

## What it does not do, and when another tool fits

### What Elvina does not do with your quiz

- Prove a person can do a hands-on task safely: a trained reviewer watching the work decides that.
- Approve the quiz for you: your manager confirms the answer key before anyone takes it.
- Store quiz answers or scores: completions are recorded, scores are not.

### Another tool may fit better

- A manual quiz builder, for a quick poll after a team meeting.
- Your LMS, when it already holds current quizzes.

## Questions

**Q:** Is there still a quiz generator on this site?

No. The separate generator has been retired. Send the procedure to Elvina in the chat on this page: she drafts the quiz with you, and your manager approves it before anyone takes it.

**Q:** Can Elvina make a quiz from a file?

Yes, from a .txt or .md file attached in the chat, up to 20 KB and 20,000 characters, or from up to 4,000 characters you paste. PDFs and images are not read, so copy the text of one section instead.

**Q:** Do I need an account to see the quiz?

No. Your first quiz can be the free sample, and you see it in the chat before you create an account or pay.
