# A clearer next step for every learner

Know where to begin, ask when something is unclear and show what you can do without guessing what the system expects.

## Show the task and why it matters

A new hire needs orientation; an experienced colleague may need only the changed step. A customer wants to accomplish a product task, not complete employee orientation. The proposed Elvina experience should explain the expected result, the material that supports it and the next useful action for the learner’s role.

## Make it safe to ask again

A learner should be able to request a simpler explanation, an example from work or help finding the source. Elvina Chat (planned, not available today) will be the conversational route to the same approved content visible in Web. An answer outside that source should be acknowledged as a gap. Learners also need a clear route to a human when the material is wrong, the task is blocked or the assessment seems unfair.

## Do not mistake navigation for learning

Opening a page and completing a video are interface events. Understanding requires an appropriate check, and practical skill may require observation. Keep feedback specific to the task. A wrong answer should lead to a useful explanation and a chance to improve, not a confusing dead end or a score with no meaning.

## Test access in the real working setting

Field workers, contractors and external customers may not have a corporate email account or reliable connectivity. Agree on and test the actual access route rather than assuming everyone uses the same desk-based login. Responsive pages do not establish offline capability. Explain what progress is recorded, who can see it and whether a completion statement has any formal standing.

## An acceptance check to run first

Start on the learner’s normal device. Find the assigned task, ask for a simpler explanation, submit an incorrect answer and locate human help. Check whether the feedback explains the mistake without losing progress. Include a learner who needs larger text or another language; do not substitute a desktop screenshot for their journey.

## Questions

**Q:** Can I ask a question that the material does not answer?

Not in Chat yet: answers there are planned, not available today. When they ship, the safe response is to identify the missing knowledge and find the right person. A confident invention is not a useful learning experience.

**Q:** Will a completion certificate qualify me professionally?

Only an authorized issuer can define that meaning. A course-completion record should not be confused with an accredited qualification, license or permission to perform a regulated task.

No launch date is committed for planned features.
