# I train your home services crews to do every job your way

ELVINA · HOME SERVICES

Tell me which role you hire most and how many people start next. I turn your job steps, install checklists, dispatch rules and the way you talk to homeowners into short lessons and one-page job aids, in English or Spanish. A senior technician checks each new person on a real job before they work alone.

## What working with me takes

### You send

Your job checklists, photos of finished work and call scripts, or notes from a ride-along with your lead technician.

### You get

Short lessons and a one-page card for the truck, and a ride-along check before anyone goes out alone.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · card for the truck, installers

### Arriving at a customer’s home

## In the field, at dispatch and on the phone

No two companies run jobs the same way, so I check these roles with you first and begin with the one you hire most.

### Technician

Your job steps, what to check before leaving and how to explain the work to a homeowner.

### Installer

Install checklists, photos for the record and the walkthrough before the crew leaves.

### Dispatcher

How jobs are booked and assigned, what to tell a customer who is waiting and when to call a manager.

### Customer service rep

Booking calls, the quotes you approved, follow-up after a job and what to do with a complaint.

## Home services company training, from your job steps to a ride-along

### The crew you add next

Technicians, installers or dispatchers, how many, and the service area they cover.

### How the job is done right

I start with your job checklists, photos of finished work and call scripts, or notes your lead technician records during a ride-along.

### A card for the truck

Short lessons for the phone and one page that rides in the truck. You approve them.

### In the customer's home

How your crews greet, protect the floor, explain the work and leave the site, the same on every job.

### Dispatch and the office

The call script, booking rules and what dispatch tells a customer when a crew runs late.

### A ride-along check

A senior technician watches a real job and decides who goes out alone.

## Six new technicians before the busy season

You said: "We hire six technicians before summer, and every crew installs differently." I start with one install checklist. Example · 1 HVAC company, 2 cities

- Apr 6 Install steps walked through with your lead technician
- Apr 8 Lessons, a truck job aid and a quiz drafted
- Apr 9 You approve. A Spanish version for two crews
- Apr 13 Assigned to six new technicians
- Apr 20 Reminders to two who have not started, as agreed (planned, not available today)
- Apr 27 Ride-alongs: your senior techs decide who works alone

## In the languages your crews read

Many people in field crews read Spanish more easily than English. I ask which languages people in each crew read first and draft each version from the same job steps. When a step changes, send me the revision for new drafts and approval; updating every version on its own is planned, not available today.

- English
- Spanish
- Both languages

## What stays with you

- Trade licenses and certifications stay with their own programs
- Your senior technicians decide who goes out alone
- Routes and job schedules stay with your dispatch
- Hiring and pay stay with you
