# Customer reviews name the moment. I train and check it

ELVINA · SERVICE MOMENTS YOUR REVIEWS NAME

A bad review usually describes a moment, not a person: a long wait with no word, a wrong order, a curt answer. You pick the moments that keep coming back, and I write how each should go, train every shift on it and set up a check. I don't promise a better rating: you watch those complaints in your own reviews.

- No promise on your rating
- Your reviews show what changed
- I never write or post reviews

## Read reviews as a set, not one at a time

Handled one by one, a complaint reaches the person on that shift and nobody else, and the same moment returns weeks later. Sorted together, reviews show which moments repeat. Some are training problems. Others, like prices, parking or broken equipment, are not, and I say so.

## When the same complaint keeps coming back

### “I talk to whoever was on shift, and it happens again.”

The right way goes into a lesson for every shift, not a talk with one person.

### “Mystery shopper notes sit in another folder.”

I read shopper notes next to your reviews, so the gaps line up.

### “Calming an upset customer is learned by watching.”

Your words for that moment become a card and a practice exercise, so everyone learns one version.

## From a pile of reviews to moments every shift handles alike

### Sort by moment

You share recent reviews and any shopper notes. I tag each by the service moment it describes and count how often each appears.

### Pick what training can fix

You choose the moments to train and set aside the ones training cannot touch.

### Your way, written

For each moment, how it should go, in your words: a short lesson, a counter card and a practice situation. You approve them.

### Every shift, checked

A shift lead watches each person handle the moment with a real guest and records who has it; practice comes first.

### Watch the moment, not the stars

You keep tagging new reviews by moment and see whether those complaints return.

## A dry cleaner's three counters

You said: "Reviews keep saying the order wasn't ready and nobody called." I start with the ready date. Example · dry cleaner, 3 counters

- Week 1 A year of reviews tagged. 3 moments repeat
- Week 1 You pick setting a ready date, calling about a delay, explaining a stain
- Week 2 Lessons and a counter card drafted. You rewrite the stain answer
- Week 3 Counter managers watch each clerk handle a real pickup after the mock one
- Week 10 You count those 3 complaints in new reviews

## Who does what

### You

Choose the moments, approve how each should go and read your reviews.

### Your shift leads

Watch the moment on the floor and record who handles it.

### Your staff

Take the short lesson and keep the card at the counter.

### Me

Sort the reviews and write the training for each moment. Your managers note who is checked.

I don't write, post, buy or remove reviews or reply to reviewers. Any request for reviews stays neutral, and it stays yours.

## What working with me takes

### You send

A few months of reviews in any format, plus shopper notes if you have them.

### You get

The moments your reviews repeat, and for the ones you choose: a lesson, a counter card and a check on every shift.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · review moments, dry cleaner
