# Contact learning support with a useful request

Prepare a useful request for a person. Your course title, sanitized issue description and the support contact provided by your organization.

## When you need this

A learner or a team manager who has hit a wall inside a course and needs a person to look at it. Typical moment: a quiz will not submit the night before a shift. A vague message tends to bounce back with clarifying questions and lose a day.

## Steps

A support brief states what you expected, what happened and when, without passwords or private lesson content.

- In the Learning Platform, open the course and copy the exact course title and lesson name shown in the header.
- Write three lines: what you expected, what actually happened, and the time it happened, including your browser and device.
- Check the course page for the learning owner listed by your organization; if none is listed, ask your manager which support channel to use.
- Send the brief through that confirmed channel and keep the course link handy for follow-up questions.

## What you should see

A fictional regional pharmacy chain assigns the course Cold Chain Handling v3 to forty technicians. One technician, Dana, cannot submit the final quiz in the Learning Platform. Her manager has a support alias set up by the training owner and a short brief template pinned in the team channel.

- The brief reads: course Cold Chain Handling v3, lesson 6 quiz, Submit button stays gray after the last answer, 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, Safari on iPad.
- The learning owner opens the same lesson, sees the unanswered required question that was scrolled out of view, and replies with the fix.
- Dana's course page shows the quiz as finished the same evening, with no private content having left the team.

## What to check before relying on it

This site does not create support tickets. If you have no confirmed support channel, ask your learning owner for one.

- The request names the course and lesson exactly as they appear in the Learning Platform header.
- The request states expected behavior, actual behavior and a time, with no password, token or private lesson text.
- The request went to a support contact your organization confirmed, not to a guessed address.

## If it does not work

If it does not work: confirm you are signed in with the account the course was assigned to, and try one other browser before writing again. If no support contact appears in your course, ask the learning owner in your organization. This site does not open tickets and cannot see your course or account.

## Questions people ask

**Q:** Should I attach a screenshot?

Only if it shows the error and nothing private. Crop out quiz answers and anything from company documents.

**Q:** What if I do not know who the learning owner is?

Ask your direct manager. Every assignment in the Learning Platform is created by someone in your organization.
