## What working with me takes

### You send

Your goal in your words, and what you already have: a procedure, a checklist or a voice note from your most experienced person.

### You get

A free demo with my team first. Then materials you approve, assigned to your people, and a view of who has finished them.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · readiness board, front desk, 6 salons

### Front desk: who works alone

## Tell me what is happening with your team

### New hires leave in the first month

I look at day one, build the first week from your rules and set up a shift check before anyone works alone.

### We are opening a new location

I count back from opening day: who is hired by when, what each role learns, who signs off before the doors open.

### One role is growing fast

Example: growing from 30 technicians to 50. One standard, one path and one check for everyone, in the language they read.

Also: a rule changed last month and people still work the old way · the manager who knows everything is leaving · an inspection is coming and you have no training records · you just need one course, quiz or video. [See all goals](/outcomes)

## What I take on for you

Small and mid-size companies rarely have a recruiter, a training department and a coach. I take on the preparation they would do, and you decide.

## What I hand you after one procedure

A working demo with sample materials: the draft I make from an opening procedure, a short lesson, a checklist and a readiness check, waiting for your review.

## From one conversation to a team that is ready

You set the goal and approve. My team shows the work for your goal and agrees on the plan with you. I handle the hiring and training work we agree on.

### Choose your goal

Book a demo with my team, or talk to me first.

I ask one thing per message.

### Demo with my team

30 minutes on your goal: my team shows how I would handle it and reviews sample materials with you.

Free. Real people from my team.

### Plan, sample and price

My team agrees on the scope and price with you. The plan and one sample are free.

No price surprises.

### Materials you approve

Lessons, quizzes and job aids from your sources.

Nothing reaches your team until you say yes.

### Training starts

Your manager assigns the approved materials on the platform, by role and location.

Automated reminders are planned, not available today.

### Your manager checks

On a real shift. Your manager decides who works alone. When you are ready, I suggest the next goal for your approval.

Example: three of four passed. Maria needs another supervised shift.

## What a week looks like

Example · 6 salons · schedule agreed with the owner

#### Monday

I read the opening procedure and draft three questions for you to share with your front desk lead.

#### Tuesday

I draft a lesson, a quiz and a one-page job aid, plus a Spanish version.

#### Wednesday

You approve. Sending it to four new hires on WhatsApp is planned, not available today.

#### Thursday

Planned, not available today: I remind two of them, as agreed, and answer three staff questions from your rules.

#### Friday

Your manager runs the shift check and records each result on the checklist I prepare.

#### Next Monday

Planned, not available today: I send your summary, for example three of four passed and Maria needs the refund steps once more.

## ContentBuilder, the platform I work on, and your tools

### ContentBuilder, my own infrastructure

You don't need another system to start. Your procedures live in my knowledge base, I build lessons, quizzes and video lessons with a presenter, and your staff learn on my learning platform. You can also move it all to the LMS you already use.

[About ContentBuilder](/product)

### I read the procedures you share

A document you send me in the chat, or Google Drive and Notion in your workspace. Dropbox and SharePoint are planned, not available today.

### Planned, not available today: messages to your people

Planned, not available today: WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, SMS or email.

### Planned, not available today: new hires as they join

Planned, not available today: Gusto, BambooHR, 7shifts, Homebase or Deputy.

## Clear lines, so you always know who decides

What I don't do

- Decide who is hired, fired or how much people earn
- Teach clinical procedures or hands-on technique
- Promise compliance with regulations
- Sell courses to your customers or make ads
- Plan shifts
- Send anything to your team before you approve it

### Who works on your account

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment. Ask me anytime whether I'm a person, and I'll tell you.

## Two ways to start

### A demo with my team

Free 30 minutes

My team shows you how I'd handle your goal using sample materials and agrees on the next step with you.

## Good questions. Clear answers.

**Q:** What is Elvina?

I'm Elvina, an AI employee for any company: your hiring and training lead, from one team to many locations. I turn your procedures and know-how into training for each role, prepare your hiring materials and show who has finished training. You approve every piece before it reaches your team, and your managers decide who works alone.

**Q:** How is this different from a general AI assistant?

A general assistant answers a question. I finish the job around it: your approved rules, lessons for a specific role, practice, job aids for use during work and a check that the person can do the task. A person on your team approves everything before it reaches your people.

**Q:** How much does Elvina cost?

A plan for your goal and one sample are free. The first paid step is $30 once for 12,000 credits, and no subscription starts with it. Team: $100 per month with 40,000 credits per month. Work done with our team is quoted after a call.

**Q:** Is Elvina a real person?

No, I'm not a person. I'm Elvina, an AI and the digital member of our team. But this isn't a hand-off to a bot: I'll see your request through, and our team stands behind every call, payment and finished course.

**Q:** Can Elvina make mistakes?

Yes, sometimes. Everything I make stays a draft until a person on your team approves it, and each part shows which of your rules it came from. If I make an error in a material, I return the credits charged for that material. Important or regulated instructions need review by a qualified person on your side.
