# I prepare hiring and employee training for your industry

ELVINA · INDUSTRIES

Every business runs on its own roles and rules. A restaurant has servers, cooks and hosts; a salon has front desk staff and stylists; and a warehouse has pickers and drivers. Pick your industry to see the roles I start with, how I work there and what stays with your managers.

## Employee training by industry: the roles I start with

## What stays with you, wherever I work

- You approve every lesson before your team sees it
- Your managers check people on the real task and decide who works alone
- Hiring decisions and pay stay with you
- Clinical procedures and hands-on technique stay with your experts
- I don't plan shifts or make ads

### In the language each role reads

In many US kitchens, warehouses and cleaning crews, people read Spanish more easily than English. Before I write a single lesson, I ask which language each role reads.

OSHA asks the same of workplace safety training: it should come in languages and at a literacy level every worker can understand.

## Questions about training in your industry

**Q:** Which roles do you start with in my industry?

I check the list of roles with you first. A restaurant has servers, cooks and hosts; a salon has front desk staff and stylists; and a warehouse has pickers and drivers. Pick your industry to see the roles I start with there.

**Q:** What if my industry is not on your list?

Most of my work is the same in any business with roles that repeat. Tell me yours, and I'll start with the role you hire most.

**Q:** Do you train clinical procedures or hands-on technique?

No. Clinical procedures and hands-on technique stay with your experts. In medspas and clinics, I start with booking, intake and the way a client moves through the visit; clinical training stays with your licensed providers.

## Tell me what you run

Say it in a sentence. I'll tell you which roles I'd start with and prepare a free plan and one sample.

## What working with me takes

### You send

Your industry, your roles and the role you hire most.

### You get

Training for that role from your own rules, in the language employees in that role read, and one free sample first.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.
