# Low learning completion? We find where people stop together

ELVINA · TRAINING PEOPLE FINISH

When people leave a lesson unfinished, another reminder rarely helps. I look at where they stop: a link that won't open on a phone, a lesson too long for a break, a question about a form you no longer use. I fix that step and send it back for your approval; your managers see completion status on the platform.

- You approve every fix
- Managers see who is stuck

## What working with me takes

### You send

The lesson people leave unfinished and the list of who was assigned it.

### You get

Where people stopped, from your managers' completion notes, the step that needs fixing and a fixed version for your approval. Your managers follow up with the people on the list.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · where people stop, booking lessons

### Booking lessons: who stopped where

## What counts as finished training

Completion means the people who were supposed to take a lesson actually finished it. Anyone on leave or moved to another role comes out of the count. I look at the step where people stop, not just at who hasn't finished, because a broken link and a confusing question call for different fixes. Finished still isn't the same as able: a manager's check on real work shows that, and I keep the two apart.

## From an unfinished lesson to the step that stops people

### Who should finish

We agree on which people the lesson is for, and what finished means for it.

### Never opened or stopped halfway

Share your managers' completion notes; I help group who never started and who stopped at a particular step.

### The step that stops them

A dead link, a video the shared tablet will not play, a question about an old form. I find which one it is.

### One fix, approved

I shorten or rewrite that step and add a worked case where it helps. The person who knows the task approves the change.

### Back to the right people

Your manager assigns the fixed lesson only to those who stopped; the reminders you agree to are planned, not available today. Their manager sees who is still stuck.

### Finished, then watched

Completion sits in your records next to a check on real work, so finished and able stay two separate lines.

## Booking lessons nobody finishes

You said: "We assigned the booking lessons a month ago, and most people stopped halfway." I start with where they stopped. Example · 5 salons, front desk

- Mon 22 people assigned: 9 finished, 4 never opened, 9 stopped at lesson 3
- Tue Lesson 3 plays a long video that will not load on the desk tablet
- Wed Rewritten as five short steps with a booking screenshot. You approve
- Thu Sent again to the 9 who stopped. Salon managers get the names of the 4 people who never opened it
- Next Mon 17 of 22 finished, 2 on leave counted separately
- Next Fri Each salon manager watches one real booking

## Who does what

### You

Say which training matters most and approve each fix.

### The person who knows the task

Checks the rewritten step before it goes back out.

### Your managers

Follow up with whoever is stuck and watch the task once the lesson is done.

### Me

Find where people stop, fix that step and keep the count of who should finish and who did.

Time in the schedule for training is your call. I can make a lesson shorter, not a shift longer.
