# White label AI for agencies that serve many small business clients

White label AI for agencies means your agency offers staff training to clients under its own name while Elvina builds the lessons: exports carry your brand on any plan, and on the Enterprise plan the workspace runs on your own domain. This page is for agencies with small business clients on retainer whose new staff keep needing training. It shows how the work splits between agency, client and Elvina.

## Who this is for

Agencies that run ongoing work for many small business clients, such as marketing, web, operations or HR agencies. The fit is strongest when your clients hire frontline staff often and your account managers keep hearing that new people do not know the basics. If you want to train your own agency team on client work, the agencies industry page covers that case.

## What embedding means

For an agency, embedding means training becomes one more service you run for each client. In the pilot, each client's material sits in its own Company Knowledge space with that client's approver, and the setup is confirmed before work starts. Your team gathers sources and keeps the schedule, Creation Studio drafts lessons and job aids, and the client signs off before anything is assigned on the Learning Platform. Exported materials can carry your agency's name on any plan, and with Enterprise, client staff open the workspace under your brand at your own domain.

Who does what for each client

| Task | Agency | Client | Elvina |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collect new or changed procedures | Asks for them and organizes them | Supplies and owns them | Captures them as sources |
| Draft lessons, job aids and quizzes | Reviews tone and fit | Not involved yet | Drafts them in Creation Studio |
| Approve before staff see anything | Not the approver | Approves or asks for changes | Waits for approval |
| Assign and follow progress | Reports to the client | Assigns lessons and sees progress | Records progress on the Learning Platform |

## How a partnership starts

It starts with a demo built around a current client who hires often. If it fits, we run a joint pilot with that client: your team coordinates, the client approves and Elvina builds. After the pilot, we agree whether to extend to more clients and under which name, and the terms are written for your agency.

## What we need from you

An agency owner or account lead who owns the new service, a first client willing to take part and that client's written consent to use its material. We also need to know who on your team will coordinate each client and how you want the service to appear to clients.

## What we do not promise yet

There is no agency program with published price lists or client quotas, and agency terms are agreed in the partner agreement, one agency at a time.

- We do not promise that your clients will buy, and we do not send you clients
- The workspace under your agency's brand and domain is part of the Enterprise plan, not every plan
- Approval stays with each client unless that client names your agency in writing

## Questions people ask

**Q:** Can agencies offer white label AI to their clients?

Yes. Courses exported as SCORM, xAPI or MP4 carry your agency's brand on any plan and run in whatever system you or your client choose. On the Enterprise plan, the workspace itself runs under your brand on your own domain. Who supports clients is settled per agency in writing.

**Q:** How does an agency keep each client's material separate?

In the pilot, each client gets its own space for sources and its own approver, so one client's procedures never appear in another client's lessons. How that separation is set up is confirmed before the first client joins.

**Q:** Do we need training experts on our team?

No. Your team gathers sources and keeps clients moving. Our team does the build on the platform today, and Elvina takes over each step as it is confirmed. Clients approve every lesson before their staff see it.

**Q:** Which agency clients fit a first pilot?

A client that hires frontline staff often, has a manager who will review lessons, and has some written procedures or a person who can explain them. A client in the middle of a crisis is a poor first test.
