# Discuss creating useful AI-employee materials

Your expertise, intended audience, owned material and the kind of contribution you propose.

## Who this is for, and when

An independent trainer, a subject expert or a small content studio with real material and a specific audience, wondering whether contributing to Elvina is worth a conversation. Interest usually starts after seeing what Creation Studio produces from a source. Too many program pages promise earnings and hide the terms.

## How it works in Elvina

A creator brief describes a bounded learning artifact and how its accuracy, rights and usefulness would be reviewed.

- Describe your expertise, the audience you serve and the material you own or hold a license for.
- Propose one bounded learning artifact, such as a job aid or a short lesson, that Creation Studio could draft from your material.
- Explain how its accuracy, rights and usefulness would be reviewed, and by whom, before it appears in any Learning Platform.
- Send the creator brief through the contact channel on this site and wait for approved terms before producing anything.

## A worked example

A fictional former warehouse safety inspector proposes a forklift pre-shift inspection job aid. She owns the checklist, names small distribution centers as the audience, and suggests that a current inspector review the aid annually. Her brief asks what review and rights terms would apply before she commits.

- The brief names the artifact, the audience, the owned source and the reviewer, on one page.
- The program reply states whether the contribution type is planned or confirmed and what an agreement would cover.
- No material is produced or shared until terms are approved in writing.

## What to check before relying on it

Participation, compensation and commercial rights require approved terms. This page is not an enrollment agreement or a promise of earnings.

- The proposed artifact is bounded and tied to material the creator owns.
- A review path with a named reviewer is described.
- No production started before approved terms.

## Where a person stays in charge

This page describes a program direction; participation, compensation and commercial rights require approved terms in an agreement. It is not an enrollment form and not a promise of earnings. Any material a creator contributes is reviewed by a person before it reaches learners, and status of the program is planned or confirmed per agreement.

## Questions people ask

**Q:** Will I be paid for contributions?

Compensation, if any, is defined by an agreement. This page makes no promise about earnings or volume.

**Q:** Who owns the material I contribute?

Rights are set in the agreement. Bring only material you own or hold a license for, and say which.
