# AI employee reseller program: what exists today and what does not

Elvina has no published AI employee reseller program yet: reselling is agreed partner by partner, in writing, after a joint pilot shows the fit. This page is for IT providers, distributors, software resellers and service firms that want to sell an AI employee to businesses they already serve. It explains what a resale agreement would settle and where the boundaries sit.

## Who this is for

Companies that already sell technology or services to small and mid-size businesses with frontline staff: managed IT providers, software resellers, distributors and business service firms. The right reseller stays close to the customer after the sale, because training only works when someone on the customer side keeps approving and assigning it.

## What embedding means

For a reseller, embedding means Elvina becomes part of your offer while the product underneath stays Elvina: Company Knowledge for the customer's sources, Creation Studio for lessons and job aids, and the Learning Platform for assignments and progress. You sell and stay close to the customer. Who builds, who supports and who holds the customer contract is decided in the agreement, not assumed.

Questions a resale agreement settles

| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Who signs the customer contract | It decides whom the customer calls about data and billing |
| Who builds the first role program | Today our team does the build on the platform, and a reseller may take part |
| Who answers the customer first | Customers need one clear support line |
| What the reseller may promise | Only what the product does today, with its status |
| Which customers fit | Businesses that hire often and have a person to approve lessons |

## How a partnership starts

It starts with a demo around a customer you already serve. If the fit is real, we run a joint pilot with that customer, so you see the full path from sources to trained staff before you sell anything. Resale terms come after the pilot and are written into an agreement for your company alone.

## What we need from you

A named owner for the relationship, a short list of customers you would offer Elvina to first and a description of how you sell today. We also need your commitment to describe Elvina with the statuses this site uses: available now, confirmed in pilots or planned.

## What we do not promise yet

There is no reseller price list, partner tier or protected territory, and none is promised here. Resale terms are agreed in the partner agreement with each reseller.

- No leads, marketing funds or reseller certification are promised
- Resale under your own brand in the workspace needs the Enterprise plan; on other plans, only exported materials carry your brand
- A reseller may not promise results, autonomous features or connections a pilot has not confirmed

## Questions people ask

**Q:** Does Elvina have an AI employee reseller program?

Not a published one. There is no price list, tier or standard contract for resellers. Reselling is agreed partner by partner after a joint pilot with a customer you already serve, and the terms are written into an agreement.

**Q:** What can a reseller promise to customers?

Only what the product does today, stated with its status. Lessons, job aids, quizzes, avatar video lessons, exports and first-week readiness checks are available now. Reminders and progress digests are planned, not available today, and so are answers in Chat. Results for a customer's business are never promised.

**Q:** Who supports customers who buy through a reseller?

The agreement decides. What matters most is one clear first line, so the customer knows whom to call. The pilot tests that line with a real customer before anything is signed.

**Q:** Can a reseller sell Elvina under its own brand?

Yes, within the plan. On the Enterprise plan, the workspace runs under your brand on your own domain, so customers see your name when they open lessons. On other plans, exported materials go out under your name and the Web workspace shows Elvina. Resale terms are agreed in the partner agreement.

**Q:** Which customer should a reseller bring to the first pilot?

A business you already serve that hires frontline staff often and has a manager who will approve lessons. Pick a customer that trusts you enough to give honest feedback, because the pilot also tests how you support them.

No launch date is committed for planned features.
