# White label AI employee: your brand on the workspace and the exports

A white label AI employee shows your brand to clients while Elvina does the training work. A workspace under your brand on your own domain is part of the Enterprise plan, and exported materials can carry your brand on any plan. This page is for agencies, consultants and software companies that want to offer AI-built training under their own name.

## Who this is for

Partners who already own the client relationship and want the training to look like their service. That includes agencies with retained clients, consulting firms with a method of their own and software companies with a strong brand. It suits partners who will stand behind the result in front of their clients, not those looking for a logo swap.

- You hold the client relationship and take the first questions
- Your clients expect one brand across everything you deliver
- Someone on the client side can approve training before staff see it

## What embedding means

Here, embedding means your brand sits on the parts your clients see, while Company Knowledge, Creation Studio and the Learning Platform work underneath. On the Enterprise plan, the Web workspace itself runs under your brand on your own domain, so client staff open their lessons at an address you own. On any plan, courses exported as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or MP4 carry your brand and run inside the LMS or player you choose. The brand changes what clients see; it does not change who approves the content.

What can carry your brand today

| Layer | Status today | What is still open |
|---|---|---|
| Exported courses | Available now on any plan: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or MP4 files run in your LMS or player | How the files look in your system, checked on a real export |
| Lessons, job aids and quizzes | Available now, built from your client's approved content | Which brand elements appear, checked in the pilot |
| The Web workspace | Under your brand on your own domain, part of the Enterprise plan | Your domain and brand assets, set up with our team |
| Support | Agreed per partner | Who answers clients and who answers you |

## How a partnership starts

It starts with a demo built around one of your clients. If the fit is real, the pilot runs on Elvina as it works today, on the plan that matches what your clients should see: exported materials under your brand, or the whole workspace on your domain with Enterprise. Partner terms are then agreed in the partner agreement, not on this website.

## What we need from you

Your brand guidelines, the domain you want the workspace on if you choose Enterprise, the client you want to start with and that client's written consent to use its material. We also need a named person on the client side who approves training before staff see it. Finally, tell us who on your team answers client questions, because a branded service needs one clear support line.

## What we do not promise yet

There is no standard white label package and no published partner price. Terms for each partner are agreed in the partner agreement, and the branded workspace on your domain comes only with the Enterprise plan.

- No separate mobile app under your name is promised
- Branding beyond the workspace and the exports is confirmed with our team, not assumed
- Terms for a white label arrangement are agreed in the partner agreement with each partner
- Approval by a person before publishing stays in place under any brand

## Questions people ask

**Q:** Can I get a white label AI employee from Elvina?

Yes. On the Enterprise plan, the Web workspace runs under your brand on your own domain, so your clients' staff see your name when they open lessons. On any plan, exported SCORM, xAPI or MP4 courses can carry your brand inside your own LMS or player. Partner terms are agreed in the partner agreement.

**Q:** Who supports my clients under a white label arrangement?

The agreement settles that before launch. One workable split is that you answer your clients and we answer you. The pilot tests that line with a real client, so the written terms describe what actually happened rather than a guess.

**Q:** Does white label change who approves the training?

No. Under any brand, a person on the client side approves every lesson before staff see it, and Elvina does not decide what is correct. A white label arrangement changes what clients see, not who is responsible for the content.

**Q:** Can each client's material stay separate?

Keeping each client's sources and approvers separate is part of the pilot setup, and it is confirmed before any client joins. How material is stored, shared and deleted is written into the agreement.
