# No proof of training for inspection? I start with your rules

ELVINA · NO TRAINING RECORDS

Most small teams train by showing, so nothing is written down when an inspector asks. I build short lessons from the rules you approve, and the platform records who completed each one and when. Earlier training is listed as unrecorded, never backdated. Your reviewer makes the compliance call.

- The compliance call stays with your reviewer

## When training happened but nobody wrote it down

### “I trained them all myself. I just never wrote it down.”

That training was real. I list it as given but unrecorded, and dated records start from now.

### “The inspector wants to see who was trained on what.”

Each completion on the platform names the person, the lesson and the date; the lesson names the version of your rule.

### “Will this get us through the inspection?”

That's the inspector's call, and what is required is your reviewer's. Every record stays real and dated, and each lesson is tied to the version people learned.

## From the rules you approve to completion records you can show

### What the inspection covers

You or your reviewer name the topics, from the notice, your insurer or your own safety lead. I don't guess at requirements.

### Your rule, one version

Each topic gets a written procedure you stand behind as current, with a version number and an owner.

### A lesson and a quiz per topic

Drafted from that procedure. The person responsible for the topic approves it before anyone takes it.

### Dated records

The platform keeps each completion with the person and the date, and each lesson names its version. Earlier training is noted as unrecorded.

### A signed check

Where reading isn't enough, a manager watches the task and signs off.

### When the rule changes

Your manager assigns the new version to everyone it covers, and the platform shows who hasn't finished it yet.

## A health inspection at two bakeries

You said: "The health inspector is due next month, and I trained everyone on allergens by showing them." I start with allergen handling. Example · 2 bakeries, 14 staff

- Mon Topics named with your food safety lead: allergens, handwashing, cooling
- Tue Your allergen procedure written as version 1, owned by the head baker
- Thu Lessons and quizzes drafted; your food safety lead approves them
- Week 2 14 staff complete the lessons; the platform shows each completion and its date, and each lesson names version 1
- Week 3 The head baker watches each person at the allergen station and signs
- Week 4 Your food safety lead reviews the records before the visit

## Who does what

### You

Name the topics and the person who owns each rule.

### Your reviewer

Approves each lesson and decides whether the records are enough.

### Your managers

Watch the tasks where reading isn't enough and sign the check.

### Me

Build the lessons; your manager assigns them on the platform, which keeps completions with their dates.

I don't certify anyone, read the law for you or replace training an outside body requires. Records of past training are never invented.

## What working with me takes

### You send

The topics the inspection covers and the procedure you follow for each, even if it's only in someone's head.

### You get

A lesson and a quiz per topic from your approved rule; the platform records who completed it and when.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.
