# AI employee skills for training, each with a method behind it

AI employee skills for training are the specific jobs Elvina does on your material: creating courses and quizzes, editing and translating lessons, organizing groups and assignments, and checking understanding. Each playbook here explains one skill: what you bring, what comes out and where a person reviews it.

## A useful result has a method behind it.

AI employee skills for training are the repeatable jobs an AI employee does on your own material, each written up here as a short playbook: what goes in, what comes out, and the point where a person on your side reviews it. The catalog serves owners, managers and trainers at small and mid-size businesses who want to know exactly which work Elvina can take off their desk. Drafting courses, lessons, quizzes and job aids, editing them and translating them are available now, and your manager assigns them by group in the workspace. Answers to staff in chat are planned, not available today.

## What happens on the free demo

- Book 30 minutes. Pick a time with Elvina's team. The demo is free and runs on Zoom.
- Show the team your goal. Bring one role or one procedure. The team shows how Elvina would handle it, using sample materials.
- Agree on the next step. You leave with a plan for the first step and its price. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.

## What you bring and what Elvina returns

| You bring | Elvina returns, for your approval | Status |
|---|---|---|
| One SOP the team already follows: paste it or attach a .txt file in the conversation with Elvina | A short course with modules and a closing check, as a draft to approve | available now |
| A procedure staff keep getting wrong on the floor | Scenario quiz questions on that procedure, each with feedback, ready for your edits | available now |
| An approved lesson and the language one site works in | A translated version of the lesson for a fluent reviewer to approve | available now |
| A list of roles and the lessons each role needs | Each approved lesson assigned to the groups and roles you named | available now |

## Who this is not for, and when another tool fits

### This is not the right fit if

- You want a library of general business courses rather than training built from your own procedures.
- Nobody on your side can review and approve what gets taught.
- You need someone to run live classroom workshops.

### Another kind of tool may fit better

- A course library, when the topics are general skills rather than your own procedures.
- An instructional designer, for a large program with branching scenarios or live workshops.

## Questions

**Q:** How is a skill different from a capability?

A capability is one thing the product can do, such as SCORM export or translation. A skill is a whole job built from several of them, for example turning an expert interview into a reviewed draft, with the inputs, the output and the review point written down.

**Q:** Which skill should I start with?

Start with the job that costs you the most time this month. For most small teams that is turning one procedure into a lesson with a short quiz, because the other skills, from assigning to drafting reminders, work on material that already exists.

**Q:** Does Elvina use these skills without a person checking?

No. Every skill ends at a review point on your side: a person approves a lesson, a quiz, a job aid or an assignment before the team sees it. Elvina working on her own is planned, not available today.

**Q:** Can I attach my procedure as a file?

Yes, as text. Reading a .txt or .md file of up to 20 KB and 20,000 characters, attached in the conversation with Elvina on a skill page, is available now. Other formats, such as PDF or Word, are rejected with an explanation; paste the text you need instead, or add those files to Company Knowledge on the platform.
