# Create a training course with AI

AI course creation from company documents turns an approved procedure into a structured lesson, a practice task and a short check that your expert reviews before anyone learns from it. In Elvina this runs in Creation Studio, available now, for owners and trainers who want a course built from the documents they already trust.

## Turn company knowledge into a course your team can use.

Creating a training course with AI means starting from a document your company already trusts, such as an SOP or a recorded walkthrough, and getting back a structured course with practice and a short check. It is meant for owners and trainers at small and mid-size businesses who have the know-how written somewhere but no time to shape it into lessons. Elvina drafts the course in Creation Studio and an expert on your side edits and approves it, available now. Nothing is assigned until a person decides.

## Training with Elvina

Video in production · about 55 seconds

What your most experienced people know becomes short lessons, a one-page job aid and a quiz. It stays a draft until you approve it.

Until the video is filmed, the storyboard and the draft script show what it covers. Features marked Planned are not available yet.

### View storyboard

1. Know-how that is not written down.
Your most experienced people know how the work is done, and often it is not written down.
2. Your procedures in.
Send Elvina what you have: procedures, checklists, a recording.
3. Lessons, a job aid and a quiz.
She turns it into short lessons: what to do, in what order and what good work looks like. Then a one-page job aid for the first shift and a short quiz on each lesson; if people learn better by watching, a lesson becomes a short video with a presenter.
4. You approve before anyone sees it.
You fix what is wrong and approve what is right. Until then, it stays a draft.

### Read the draft script

Draft script: Your most experienced people know how the work is done. Often, it's not written down. Send me what you have: procedures, checklists, a recording. Planned, not available today: I'll interview your team by phone. I turn it into short lessons: what to do, in what order, and what good work looks like. A one-page job aid for the first shift, and a short quiz on each lesson. If people learn better by watching, a lesson becomes a short video with a presenter. In Spanish too. You fix what's wrong and approve what's right. Until then, it stays a draft. Which procedure should your team learn first?

## What happens on the free demo

- Book 30 minutes. Pick a time with Elvina's team. The demo is free and runs on Zoom.
- Show the team your goal. Bring one role or one procedure. The team shows how Elvina would handle it, using sample materials.
- Agree on the next step. You leave with a plan for the first step and its price. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.

## What you bring and what Elvina returns

| You bring | Elvina returns, for your approval | Status |
|---|---|---|
| An SOP or a written walkthrough: paste it or attach a .md file in the conversation with Elvina | A structured course draft in Creation Studio, split into modules with practice | available now |
| The tasks a learner must be able to perform after each lesson | A short end-of-lesson check per module, with the right answer traced to the source | available now |
| A Google Drive or Notion folder holding the team docs | The folder connected as a source in your workspace, set up with our team after the first step, with each document the course draws on listed | available now |

## What do you need before creating a course?

Use a selected, permitted company document and record its version. Agree on the audience and learning goal before creating an outline. An unsupported format or a missing permission needs resolution, not a fabricated summary.

## What should you review first?

A useful course answers what to do, why it matters, and when to ask for help. Keep unrelated handbook sections out. Mark gaps for the source owner rather than letting the AI course creator invent company policy.

## How do you edit one part of a course?

Try the interactive editor. It changes one lesson passage while preserving the introduction. Approving a draft is a separate action. Editing the passage again removes that approval; nothing is published or assigned by this demonstration.

## Choose where the course goes next.

Explore the Creation Studio and Learning Platform examples together: an editable course, a learner view and a manager overview. A compatible export is another route. Confirm the actual assignment, notification and reporting operations for your workflow in a demo.

## Who this is not for, and when another tool fits

### This is not the right fit if

- You have no approved source and want the course to invent company policy.
- You need a full academic program with live instructors.
- You want the course assigned to staff the moment it is drafted.

### Another kind of tool may fit better

- A course library, when the topics are general skills rather than your own procedures.
- An instructional designer, for a large program with branching scenarios or live workshops.

## Questions

**Q:** Which materials can I use?

Your own sources can be PDF, Word and PowerPoint files, MP4 videos, call recordings, or links to pages and videos, and Google Drive and Notion connect in your workspace with our team after the first step. The sample on this page uses a text SOP. Size limits are confirmed for your environment.

**Q:** Can I change the result?

Yes in this demonstration: edit the selected passage, compare it, and request review. The other section stays unchanged.

**Q:** Will a new course be assigned automatically?

No. Content review, publication, assignment, and delivery are separate decisions.

**Q:** Can I send the SOP as a file instead of pasting it?

Yes. Reading a .txt or .md file of up to 20 KB and 20,000 characters, attached in the conversation with Elvina on this page, is available now, and the course draft starts from that text. Other formats, such as PDF or Word, are rejected with an explanation; paste the section you need, or add the file to Company Knowledge on the platform.
