# I train the staff who run partner and dealer enablement

ELVINA · PARTNER TRAINING

Your dealers learn your product from whichever partner manager happens to call them. I prepare that team with one kickoff plan, the product facts dealers ask about and clear limits on what can be promised. Your head of partners hears one real kickoff before a new partner manager runs them alone.

- For your partner team
- Facts you approve
- One real kickoff, heard

## Your partner team, not the partners

I train the people on your side who bring on new dealers and partners: what to cover at kickoff, which questions to expect and what they may promise. They get lessons, a kickoff plan and rehearsal. I do not build courses for partners to buy, or marketing for them.

## When each dealer hears a different story

### “Every partner manager brings on dealers their own way.”

One kickoff plan, rehearsed by each partner manager before a real dealer call.

### “Dealers get promises about territory we never agreed to.”

The limits are written down. Territory, pricing and terms go to your head of partners.

### “New dealers call us with the same install questions.”

Your partner managers learn those answers and cover them at kickoff.

## From a signed dealer to a kickoff your team runs the same way

### What a new dealer needs first

We list the first things a dealer has to do: order, install, register a warranty.

### Facts and limits

Product facts from your sheets and what your team may not promise, approved by you.

### A kickoff plan

The agenda and checklist every partner manager uses on the first dealer call.

### Rehearsal with your head of partners

A role-play of the kickoff, including the territory and price questions.

### One kickoff, heard

Your head of partners listens to a real call and decides who runs kickoffs alone.

## New installer dealers for a water treatment maker

You said: "We signed six new installer dealers, and each one heard a different warranty rule." I start with the kickoff. Example · water softener maker, 2 partner managers

- Mon Dealer agreement, warranty terms and install guide read
- Tue Kickoff plan, facts sheet and a list of what not to promise drafted
- Wed Your head of partners approves and adds one territory rule
- Thu Each partner manager rehearses a kickoff
- Next week Your head of partners listens to one real dealer kickoff per partner manager

## Who does what

### You

Approve the facts and the limits on promises.

### Your head of partners

Runs the rehearsal and listens to a real kickoff.

### Your partner managers

Rehearse the kickoff and bring back the questions dealers ask.

### Me

Write the kickoff plan and facts, and rework them when terms or products change.

Contracts, pricing and territory stay with you. I don't train or contact your dealers directly.

## What working with me takes

### You send

Your dealer agreement or onboarding steps, the product sheet and the questions new dealers ask first.

### You get

A kickoff plan, an approved facts sheet with limits on promises, and rehearsal for your partner managers.

### Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

### Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · kickoff plan, partner manager
