Browse outcome-first scenarios by team. Each proposed pilot connects a task, an approved source, a practical artifact, and a measurable acceptance decision.

## Choose a job worth doing better.

Employee training use cases are worked scenarios, grouped by team, each built around one job that repeats: a menu change, a site opening, a new manager's first month. Owners, HR leads and trainers use them to pick a first pilot. Every scenario names the approved source, the reviewer who signs off and the material Elvina drafts. Drafting lessons, job aids and quizzes is available now. A digest of progress for each manager is planned, not available today; today managers open completions by person in the workspace.

## What happens on the free demo

- Book 30 minutes. Pick a time with Elvina's team. The demo is free and runs on Zoom.
- Show the team your goal. Bring one role or one procedure. The team shows how Elvina would handle it, using sample materials.
- Agree on the next step. You leave with a plan for the first step and its price. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.

## Who does what in employee training by team

| Role on your team | What the person keeps | What Elvina drafts | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| [HR generalist](/elvina/hr-recruiter) | Decides who is hired, when a new person starts and when they work alone | A plan for the first few days in each role and a readiness check for new hires | available now |
| [Trainer](/elvina/coach) | Coaches on the floor and judges whether the work is done right | Job aids and short quizzes for the task; the workspace shows who has completed them | available now |
| [Line manager](/elvina/coach) | Approves what reaches the team and follows up with anyone who falls behind | A progress digest by person and role | planned, not available today |
| [Instructional designer](/elvina/learning-team) | Sets the learning goal and checks the method and the wording | Draft lessons, courses and quizzes from your own documents | available now |

Nothing Elvina drafts reaches your team until a person on your side approves it.

## What Elvina does not do, and when another tool fits

### Elvina does not

- Choose your first pilot; your team picks the job, the source and the reviewer.
- Publish or assign material before a named reviewer approves it.
- Count a finished lesson as proof that someone can do the job.
- Replace certification, licensing or the qualified person in regulated work.

### Another tool fits better when

- The procedure itself is still being decided: settle it first, then train on the approved version.
- You need payroll, scheduling or an HR system of record: keep the one you have.
- A quick poll after a meeting is all you need: a survey form is enough.

## Questions

**Q:** How do we choose which use case to start with?

Pick a job your team repeats and that already has an approved source behind it, such as an SOP or a policy. A small first task with one owner and one reviewer is easier to judge than a whole program, and the result shows whether to continue.

**Q:** What do we need ready before a first pilot?

An approved source, such as a procedure, a recording or a policy, plus the names of the person who owns it and the person who reviews drafts. Files, recordings and links can be uploaded, and Google Drive and Notion connect directly.

**Q:** What if our task is not listed here?

Tell Elvina in the chat what the job is and which document it starts from. The scenarios here show a repeatable pattern: one approved source, one reviewer, one practical piece of material and a clear decision on whether it did its job.
