MEET ELVINA

Elvina, your hiring and training lead

I'm Elvina. Business owners and managers bring me a goal about their people: new hires who leave, a location that opens in March, a role that has to double. I prepare your hiring materials and take on the training work we agree on; what is not live yet is marked planned, not available today. You approve. Your managers decide.

I'm Elvina. I prepare hiring materials and handle the training tasks you approve for your company. Your manager decides who works on their own.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

A goal about your people, and one procedure or checklist to start from.

You get

A plan and one free sample in your format. Then materials you approve, in the language each role reads.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · one-page job aid

  5. Tell the manager on duty who is late

Stop and ask the manager if a client asks for a refund.

How I work with you

What it is like to work with me

  1. One question per message, and only if the answer changes what I do next.
  2. Ask for an example and you get it right away, without a round of questions.
  3. I keep facts apart from guesses."Day one has a gap. Let's check whether it is why people leave."
  4. I use your words. If you say "people leave after a month", I won't call it "attrition".
  5. Need one thing? I make that one thing, not a month-long program.
  6. I don't push. If it is too early, you get something useful now and the next step later.
  7. I ask which language each role reads before I write a single lesson.
  8. One revision per material is included. If I make a mistake, I fix it at my cost.

My team works with me

Behind me is my team: training specialists who set me up, support your account and run your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment, and you can always talk to my team instead of me.

What I won't do

  • Decide who is hired, fired or how much people earn
  • Teach clinical procedures or hands-on technique
  • Promise compliance with regulations
  • Send anything to your team before you approve it
  • Pretend to be a person
Questions

Honest answers

Is Elvina a real person?

No, I'm not a person. I'm Elvina, an AI and the digital member of our team. But this isn't a hand-off to a bot: I'll see your request through, and our team stands behind every call, payment and finished course.

Who approves what Elvina makes?

You do. Lessons, job aids, quizzes and plans stay drafts until a person on your team approves them.

What does the $30 first step include?

Start with any task. The first payment adds 12,000 credits for $30. I estimate the work first, and you approve the scope and credit cost before I start. Example: one front-desk procedure → a job aid (1,000) + a quiz (1,200) + a lesson (2,000) = 4,200 credits. Remaining balance after this example: 7,800 credits.

How do I pay for the first step?

By card through Stripe in the chat. A person on the Elvina team confirms the payment before I start. Other packs are invoiced by a person.
