ELVINA · WAREHOUSES AND LOGISTICS

I train warehouse and logistics staff on your instructions

Tell me which role you hire most and when the next group starts. I turn your work instructions, station steps, route rules and safety basics into short lessons and one-page job aids, in English or Spanish. A shift lead checks each person at the actual station or on the actual route, and equipment sign-off stays with your safety lead.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

Your work instructions or station photos, and the station a new person starts on.

You get

Short lessons and a station card with the stop conditions written in, and a supervised run with your shift lead.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · station card, pick and pack
Picking an orderDraft for your approval

Posted at the station · English and Spanish

  1. Scan the tote, then the first location
  2. Pick by the screen, never from memory
  3. Scan every item before it goes in
  4. Seal and send the tote to packing

Stop and call the shift lead if an item is damaged or missing.

Roles I start with

On the floor, on the road and at dispatch

Every operation is set up differently, so I check these roles with you first and start with the one you hire most.

Picker and packer

Pick and pack steps, scanning, labels and what to do with a damaged item.

Driver

Route rules, delivery steps, proof of delivery and what to do when a stop goes wrong.

Dispatcher

How loads and routes are assigned, how to reach a driver and when to call a manager.

Shift lead

Start and end of shift, the handoff between shifts and the daily safety talk you approved.

How I take it on

Warehouse and logistics training, from work instructions to a station check

  1. 1

The station and the start date

Pickers, drivers, dispatchers or line operators, how many, and the shift they start on.

  2. 2

    Your work instructions

SOPs, station photos and route sheets, or a walk of the floor with your shift lead.

  3. 3

    A card at the station

Short lessons for the phone and one page posted at the station or in the cab. You approve them.

  4. 4

    Stop conditions first

Where a new person must stop and call a lead, written into every lesson from your safety rules.

  5. 5

Spanish for the floor, when needed

I ask which language each station reads and prepare the approved lessons in it.

  6. 6

    A supervised run

Your shift lead watches a real pick, load or route and decides who works alone.

Example

Peak season pickers for one warehouse

You said: "We add forty pickers for peak season, and half the floor reads Spanish." I start with the pick and pack steps. Example · 1 warehouse, 2 shifts

  1. Oct 1Pick and pack steps walked through with your shift lead
  2. Oct 3Lessons, a station job aid and a quiz drafted from your instructions
  3. Oct 5You approve. A Spanish version for both shifts
  4. Oct 8Assigned to forty new pickers
  5. Oct 15Reminders to six who have not started, as agreed (planned, not available today)
  6. Oct 20Station checks: your shift leads decide who works alone

In the language each person reads

On many US warehouse floors, people read Spanish more easily than English. I ask which languages people in each role and shift read first and draft each version from the same work instruction. When it changes, send me the revision for new drafts and approval; updating every version on its own is planned, not available today.

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Both languages

What stays with you

  • Your safety lead signs off forklifts and other equipment
  • Safety certification stays with an accredited program
  • Your shift leads decide who works alone
  • Hiring, pay and shift planning stay with you
