I train your retail employees before they reach the floor

Tell me which role you hire most and when the next group starts. I turn your service rules, the current offer, register steps and opening and closing routines into short lessons and one-page job aids for new people to review before their first shift. Your store managers decide who is ready.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

Your register guide, returns policy and the role you hire most, or a walk-through with one store manager.

You get

Short lessons and a card for each station, assigned before the first shift, and a check on the sales floor.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · short lesson on a shared device
Returns without a receipt3 minutes

Cashier · taken on the clock · shared store device

  1. Ask for the card used, look up the sale
  2. Store credit only, no cash back
  3. Over the limit on the card: call the shift lead

Stop and call the shift lead if the customer is upset.

Then your shift lead watches one real return

Roles I start with

On the floor, at the register and in the stockroom

Every store runs a little differently, so I go through these roles with you first and start with the one you hire most.

Sales associate

How to greet, what to know about the current offer and how to handle a return.

Cashier

Register steps, discounts and payments by your rules, and when to call a lead.

Stock clerk

Receiving, labeling, where things go and how to count stock.

Shift lead

Opening and closing, the cash drawer and what to do when something goes wrong on the floor.

Store manager

Your standards and weekly routine, written down so the next store can run on them.

How I take it on

Retail employee training, from your rules to a floor check

  1. 1

    The stores that hire next

The role, the stores and the week your next associates start, often ahead of a season.

  2. 2

Your store manual, as it stands

Register guide, returns policy, promotion briefs and visual standards, or a walk-through with a store manager.

  3. 3

A card for the register and the stockroom

Short lessons for the phone and one page for each station. You approve them.

  4. 4

    When the offer changes

Send me the promotion or product change; I draft a revised lesson for approval, and your managers share it with every store.

  5. 5

    Helping a shopper

How your associates greet, find a size, suggest what fits and handle a return, in your words.

  6. 6

A check on the sales floor

Your store manager watches a real sale or return and decides who works the register alone.

Example

Holiday associates for five stores

You said: "We hire twelve associates for the holidays, and the promotions change every week." I start with what they say on the floor. Example · 5 stores

  1. Oct 5Floor and register steps walked through with your store manager
  2. Oct 7Lessons, a register job aid and a quiz drafted
  3. Oct 8You approve
  4. Oct 12Assigned to twelve new associates in five stores
  5. Oct 19Floor checks: your store managers decide who works alone
  6. Nov 2New promotion: I update the offer lesson after you approve

In the language each role reads

Some of your stockroom and floor staff may read Spanish more easily than English. I ask which language each role reads first and draft each version from the same rule. When a promotion changes, send me the revision for new drafts and approval; updating every version on its own is planned, not available today.

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Both languages

What stays with you

  • Prices, discounts and promotions are your decisions
  • Your store managers decide who works the register alone
  • Who you hire and what you pay stay with you
  • I don't make ads for your customers or build schedules
