ELVINA · STAFFING

I run staffing agency onboarding, client by client

Every client has its own rules, and your people need them before the first shift. I build one onboarding program for each client and role from that client's approved instructions, kept apart from other clients, and run it in batches as people are placed. The client's supervisor checks the task and decides who works alone.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

One client's site rules and first-day steps, and the role you place there most.

You get

A packet each worker gets before the first day, kept apart for that client, and proof of who finished which version.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · site packet, one client

For every worker placed with this client · shared before day one

  • Where to park, which door and who meets you
  • The client’s safety briefing, as they wrote it
  • Your first task and who watches it
  • Who to call if you are late or unwell

Roles I start with

The roles you place, client by client

Your roles depend on your clients, so I start with the client you place the most people with.

Warehouse and light industrial

Each client's site rules, safety basics and the first tasks on the line or the floor.

Hospitality and events

Each venue's service steps, uniform and check-in rules, and whom to ask on shift.

Office and front desk

Each client's phone, visitor and system rules, and what to pass to a supervisor.

Your recruiters and coordinators

How you place, onboard and follow up, written down so every coordinator does it the same way.

How I take it on

Staffing agency onboarding, from a client's rules to a first-shift check

  1. 1

    The client and the role

Which client, which role you place there and how many people start in the next wave.

  2. 2

    The client's own rules

Each client's site rules, safety briefing and first-day steps, kept apart from every other client.

  3. 3

    A packet per placement

Short lessons and a one-page site card each worker gets before the first day. You and the client approve them.

  4. 4

    Batches as people are placed

Every new worker for that client and role gets the same packet, with reminders if you want them (planned, not available today).

  5. 5

    Proof for the client

Who finished which lesson, for which client version, ready when the client asks.

  6. 6

    A check at the site

The client's supervisor watches the real task and decides who works alone.

Example

Twenty placements at a new warehouse client

You said: "We start twenty people at a new warehouse client next week, and their rules differ from our other sites." I start with that client's instructions. Example · 1 agency, 1 new client

  1. MondayClient site rules collected and walked through with your coordinator
  2. TuesdayLessons, a first-shift job aid and a quiz drafted
  3. WednesdayYou and the client approve
  4. ThursdayAssigned to the first ten placements
  5. Next MondayThe second batch of ten assigned
  6. Next FridayThe client's supervisor checks the first tasks and decides who works alone

In the language each person reads

Many of the people you place read Spanish more easily than English. I ask which language each person reads and draft each version from the same client instruction. When a client rule changes, send me the revision for new drafts and approval; updating every version on its own is planned, not available today.

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Both languages

What stays with you

  • You and your client decide who is placed and what they earn
  • Each client's supervisor decides who works alone at their site
  • Each client's training stays apart from every other client
  • Certifications a site requires stay with their accredited providers
