ELVINA · WHERE I WORK

Integrations available today and planned

Your procedures stay where they live. Google Drive and Notion connect in your workspace with our team after the first step; Dropbox and SharePoint are planned, not available today. I read the ones you approve and build training on ContentBuilder, my own platform. Planned, not available today: reaching your people on WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, SMS or email. Nothing goes to your team, and nothing changes in your systems, until you approve it.

Where I work

Works now: your files in, training out

You don't need another system to start. I start from text or a .txt or .md file you share in this chat and keep the training on ContentBuilder, my own platform. Google Drive and Notion connect in your workspace with our team.

Where your know-how lives

Text or a file in this chat; Google Drive and Notion in your workspace, set up with our team after the first step. I read only what a named person on your team approves, and every lesson keeps the version it came from.

  • Google Drive
  • Notion
  • PDF, Word, slides
  • Videos and call recordings

Where training lives

On my learning platform, or in the learning system you already use.

  • ContentBuilder
  • SCORM
  • xAPI
  • Video files

Single sign-on, user provisioning and an audit log come with the Enterprise plan.

Integrations

Planned, not available today

Until these work, your managers share approved training through the learning platform.

More places your know-how lives

Planned, not available today: reading procedures from Dropbox and SharePoint.

Where your people read

Planned, not available today: lessons, reminders and answers from your rules on WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS and email, at the times you agree to.

Where new people come from

Planned, not available today: job posts on Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, Workable and Greenhouse, and interview times in Google Calendar and Calendly, only after you approve them.

Where your team is already listed

Planned, not available today: seeing new hires in Gusto, BambooHR, 7shifts, Homebase and Deputy as they join, so their training can start before day one. I don't plan shifts.

Clear lines

What I never do in your systems

  • Read folders nobody approved
  • Change anything in your systems without your yes
  • Post a job, send a message or book a meeting you haven't approved
  • Put personal data or passwords into training materials
  • Keep using a source after you revoke it

You can always pull the plug

Revoke my access to a folder or a channel, and I stop using it. The training I built from it stays yours, with the version it came from.

The SBA gives small businesses similar advice for cloud storage such as Google Drive: audit the data stored there on a regular basis, and have administrators monitor user permissions.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

Access to one folder or a few files, and the name of the person who approves them.

You get

A list of the sources I will use, each with an owner and a version, before I write a single lesson.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

  2. Day 1I list the documents I may use, each with an owner
  3. Day 2Your practice manager approves the sources
  4. Day 3A check-in lesson and a desk card drafted
  5. Day 4You approve. Sending it to new front desk hires on WhatsApp is planned, not available today
  6. LaterPlanned, not available today: a procedure changes, and the lesson built on it goes back to review on its own
