How hiring is paid
I prepare a hiring plan and estimate the materials in credits before I start. Paid hiring work covers drafting the job description, the skills-check questions and the interview guide; you approve the scope and credit cost. Applicant calls, job-board posting and interview booking are planned, not available today.

Start with any task. The first payment adds 12,000 credits for $30. I estimate the work first, and you approve the scope and credit cost before I start. For example, one lesson with a quiz and a one-page job aid from your procedure. The plan and one sample in your format come first and are free. Example: one front-desk procedure → a job aid (1,000) + a quiz (1,200) + a lesson (2,000) = 4,200 credits. Remaining balance after this example: 7,800 credits.
