Salon and spa staff training: every location, one standard
Elvina turns the rules your top people already follow into training your manager approves, for every location.
What it’s built for
Open new locations without retraining everyone from scratch
Approved once, ready for each new team.
One standard in every location
Every location gets the same approved version.
Your current team isn’t buried in training new hires
New hires learn the basics from one course.
Help new hires settle in and stay
A clear first week. It is not a guarantee.
Hiring keeps coming. BLS projects about 21,900 openings a year for manicurists and pedicurists and about 14,200 for skincare specialists, on average, over 2025–35, many of them to replace workers who move to other occupations or leave the labor force.
One rule in, a job aid out
- Check the booking time: From your rule
- Offer the waitlist, then explain the fee: From your rule
- Members: fee or one free move?: Needs your decision
Approves: front desk manager
How it works
You tell me how it’s done today
Manuals, policies, scripts or a recorded walkthrough.
I build the lesson, job aid and check
Your manager approves each one before staff see it.
Every location gets the same version
You see who has finished, and when.
Example screens with sample content.
One standard, even when a rule changes
Example: the cancellation window moves from 24 to 48 hours. Your team edits one line in the lesson editor, regenerates the lesson and approves it. Every location then opens the new version.
Flagging affected lessons and alerting staff to the change: planned, not available today.

Two ways to start
A demo with my team
30 minutes on Zoom: your roles, your locations and a plan for the first role. Price and timeline come after.
With one location, starting on your own may be simpler. The call is still open to you.
On your own
- Free: One sample from your own rule, before you pay anything.
- $30 once: 12,000 credits. I estimate each task; you approve the cost.
- $100 a month: Team: the platform for your staff, plus 40,000 credits a month.

Questions owners ask
What does the free sample include?
One job aid, check or short lesson for one role, made from one rule you send me, before you pay anything. It stays a draft until your manager approves it. No account is needed to see it.
Can each location keep its own policies?
Yes. Start with the shared standard, then add each location’s own policies. Your manager approves each one.
Do you teach lash, permanent makeup or laser technique?
No. Technique stays with licensed training and the professionals who supervise it. I cover workplace onboarding and the operating procedures you approved.
Do you connect to Fresha, Vagaro or Boulevard?
Not available today. I build the booking lesson from your own steps and screenshots of your system (with client details removed), and your front desk manager checks each step.
