ELVINA · TRAINING

I turn your SOPs and know-how into training for every role

Tell me which role needs training first. I talk to the people who know the work, write the procedure down, then build lessons, quizzes, one-page job aids and video lessons with a presenter, in the language each role reads. You approve every piece before anyone sees it.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

One procedure, checklist or recording, or the name of the person who knows the work.

You get

A lesson, a quiz and a one-page job aid in the language the role reads, waiting in your workspace for your approval.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · lesson waiting in your workspace

How I build training

From what one person knows to training everyone can follow

BLS lists the same work among the typical duties of training and development specialists: designing and creating training manuals, online learning modules and course materials.

  1. 1

    What you already have

Procedures, checklists, recordings or nothing written yet. I start from what exists.

  2. 2

    Short interviews

I ask the person who knows the role, by voice or in writing, and write down the answers.

  3. 3

    The procedure

Steps, who does them and when to stop and ask. Your manager checks that a new hire can follow it without help.

  4. 4

    Lessons, quizzes, job aids

Plus video lessons with a presenter when a role learns better by watching.

  5. 5

    Each role in its language

Spanish for the kitchen, English for the front desk: you tell me who reads what.

  6. 6

    Day-by-day onboarding

Day one, days two and three, week one. You approve it, then it is assigned.

Example

The opening routine for three cafés

You said: "Every location opens differently." I start with the opening. Example · 3 locations

  1. MondayYour kitchen lead answers five questions about opening
  2. TuesdayProcedure and a short lesson drafted in English and Spanish
  3. WednesdayYou approve. A quiz and a one-page job aid are added
  4. ThursdayAssigned to six new hires across three locations
  5. FridayYour manager watches two of them open on a real shift

What stays with you

  • Which procedure is the rule
  • Who signs off on each piece of training material
  • What counts as ready on a shift
  • Any change to your rules

FAQ

Questions about turning know-how into training

How do you turn what one person knows into training?

I ask the person who knows the role, by voice or in writing, and write down the answers. Then I write the procedure: steps, who does them and when to stop and ask, and your manager checks that a new hire can follow it without help.

What training materials do you make for a role?

Lessons, quizzes and one-page job aids, plus video lessons with a presenter when a task is easier to show than to describe. Day-by-day onboarding comes next: day one, days two and three, week one, assigned after you approve it.

Can you create training in the languages our employees use?

Yes. Tell me which languages your employees use, and I prepare the training for each role in the languages those employees use.
