Short answers about who I am, what I take on, what it costs and what stays with you. If your question isn't here, ask me in the chat or pick a time with our team.
Who I am, what I take on, what it costs and what stays with you.
No, I'm not a person. I'm Elvina, an AI and the digital member of our team. But this isn't a hand-off to a bot: I'll see your request through, and our team stands behind every call, payment and finished course.
What do you take on?
I prepare hiring materials, build training, help you develop employees and plan how to meet your goals for your people; reminders, messages to staff and hiring actions such as job posting are planned, not available today. Owners usually start with one: new hires who leave, a location that opens, or one role that grows.
How are you different from a general AI assistant?
A general assistant answers a question. I finish the job around it: your approved rules, lessons for a specific role, practice, job aids for the shift and a check that the person can do the task. A person on your team approves everything before it reaches your people.
Working together
How much of my time does this take?
We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do. The work is on me. Your manager also watches each new person on a real task and decides who works alone.
We have no written procedures. Can we still start?
Yes. I start with a short interview with the person who knows the job and write the first draft. You only correct it.
Can you make mistakes?
Yes, sometimes. Everything stays a draft until a person on your team approves it, and each part shows which of your rules it came from. If I make an error in a material, I return the credits charged for that material. Important or regulated instructions need review by a qualified person on your side.
Will my people learn on their phones?
Short lessons on the phone and a job aid for the shift; reminders you agree to are planned, not available today. Readiness is checked by your manager on a real task, not by a quiz.
Price
What does the $30 first step include?
Start with any task. The first payment adds 12,000 credits for $30. I estimate the work first, and you approve the scope and credit cost before I start. Example: one front-desk procedure → a job aid (1,000) + a quiz (1,200) + a lesson (2,000) = 4,200 credits. Remaining balance after this example: 7,800 credits.
How do I pay for the first step?
By card through Stripe in the chat. A person on the Elvina team confirms the payment before I start. Other packs are invoiced by a person.
What does Team include?
$100 a month. 40,000 credits a month for ongoing work across roles and locations. The learning platform for your staff is included.
How is hiring paid?
I estimate the hiring materials in credits: the job description, the skills-check questions and the interview guide. Applicant calls, job-board posting and interview booking are planned, not available today.
Your data and decisions
What do you do with our files?
I use your materials to build your training. Model-training terms depend on your plan and applicable agreement. See the ContentBuilder Privacy Policy and your workspace agreement for data use, service providers and available opt-out choices; the chat on this site follows this site's Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted in transit. Personal data about your staff and passwords never go into training materials.
Who decides who is hired or who works alone?
You and your managers. I prepare the materials and checklists; reminders from me are planned, not available today. People decide.
Do you promise compliance with regulations?
No. I build training from the rules you approve; the platform keeps completions with dates, and each lesson names the version it came from. The compliance call stays with your reviewer.
