Credits: find the balance of your workspace

Find the balance that belongs to your workspace. The correct workspace and an authorized current usage record.

Practical guide · screens and limits can differ by plan.

01

When you need this

A workspace administrator or a team manager who is about to generate a batch of video lessons and needs to know what is left in the monthly allowance. It usually comes up on a planning call where someone quotes the public plan number from memory. The plan figure describes what the subscription includes each month; it is not a live reading of what this workspace has already used.

02

Steps

A balance check compares the displayed credit balance, period and recent usage instead of inferring it from the public plan.

  • In the Web workspace, open the workspace switcher and confirm you are looking at the workspace you actually work in, not a trial or a colleague's.
  • Open the usage view and read three things together: the allowance for the period, what has been consumed, and the date the period resets.
  • Compare that with the work you are planning. Video generation and voice consume noticeably more than text drafting, so a batch of video lessons is the case worth checking before you start, not after.
  • If the remaining amount is tight, agree with the workspace owner what gets produced this period and what waits for the next one.
03

What you should see

A fictional manufacturing company on the Team plan is preparing safety refreshers for three shifts. The training lead sees the monthly allowance, subtracts what two earlier courses consumed, and checks whether the remaining amount covers narrated video for all three shifts or only for the first.

  • The decision is made before production starts, not after a job stops halfway
  • Two shifts get narrated video this period; the third is scheduled for the next one
  • The workspace owner sees the same numbers and agrees on the order
04

What to check before relying on it

Team includes 40,000 credits per month, but that does not reveal your live remaining balance. This preview cannot read your account.

  • The number you quote comes from the workspace usage view, not from the pricing page
  • The period reset date is written down next to the figure
  • The team knows which operations consume the most before a batch is started
05

If it does not work

This page explains how to read your own allowance. It does not price individual operations, promise that unused amounts carry into the next period, or offer extra purchase. The subscription includes a fixed monthly allowance and that is what you plan against. If your workflow needs more than the plan includes, that is a conversation for a demo, where scope and terms are agreed.

06

Questions people ask

Does anything carry over to next month? That rule is not published yet: how long credits stay valid and whether any carry over is confirmed with you before payment. Until then, plan production against the current period shown in the usage view.

  • Who can see this? Anyone with access to the workspace usage view. The workspace owner sees the same figures, which is why it is worth agreeing the plan together rather than separately.
