ELVINA · PARTNERS
An AI employee for consultants whose playbooks should outlast the engagement
An AI employee for consultants turns the playbooks, SOPs and role designs your firm delivers into lessons, job aids and checks that your client's staff keep using after you leave. This page is for operations, HR, franchise and process consulting firms that want training to be a standard part of what they sell. Partnership terms are discussed separately with each firm.
Who this is for
Consulting firms whose work ends in documents: operating manuals, role descriptions, service standards and checklists. The trouble starts after the final presentation. The client's managers are busy, new hires never open the manual, and the firm's work fades. Solo consultants scoping one rollout should read the implementation partner page instead.
- Operations and franchise consultants who write manuals and standards
- HR and people consultants who design roles and onboarding
- Process and quality consultants who leave checklists behind
What embedding means
For a consulting firm, embedding means Elvina becomes part of the engagement, not a separate tool the client buys later. Your approved deliverable goes into the client's Company Knowledge as a source. Creation Studio drafts lessons, job aids and quizzes from it, and the client's manager approves them and then assigns them to staff on the Learning Platform. The client keeps the training when your work ends, and who owns which material is written into the agreement.
How a partnership starts
It starts with a demo built around a current engagement and a deliverable the client has already approved. If it fits, we run a joint pilot on that engagement: your document, the client's approval, our platform. Afterwards we decide together whether training becomes a standard part of your offer, and terms are written for your firm.
What we need from you
A partner or principal who owns the relationship, an engagement with an approved deliverable, and the client's consent to use it. Tell us which parts your consultants want to do themselves and which our team should build on the platform. We also need a client manager who will approve lessons and assign them.
What we do not promise yet
There is no consulting partner program with published terms, a referral arrangement or a directory of firms.
- We do not certify consultants or promise introductions to clients
- Elvina does not replace your judgment about a client's operations
- Elvina takes no action in a client's systems on her own
- Terms for consulting firms are agreed one firm at a time
Questions people ask
How can consultants use an AI employee with their clients? Use it to turn what you deliver into training the client's staff will actually take. Your approved SOPs and playbooks become lessons, job aids and checks in Elvina, the client's manager approves them, and staff complete them. The client keeps the material after your engagement ends.
- Who owns the training built from my deliverable? The client's training material stays with the client, and rights to your firm's methods and templates follow your contract with that client. How this works with Elvina is written into the partnership agreement before the pilot starts.
- Do my consultants need to build the lessons themselves? No. Your consultants can draft and review, or our team can do the build on the platform today, with Elvina taking over each step as it is confirmed. Either way, the client's manager approves every lesson before staff see it.
- How is this different from the implementation partner path? The implementation path is for an individual scoping one client rollout. This path is for a firm that wants training built into how it delivers every engagement. A firm still starts with a single engagement before deciding anything wider.
