AI employee integration partnership: a connector between your product and Elvina

An AI employee integration partnership is a connector, confirmed in a joint pilot, that lets files or events in your product start training in Elvina. This page is for product and partnership teams at software companies whose customers use Elvina too, or could. It covers the connector itself, and your product stays the system of record.

01

Who this is for

Software companies whose product holds something that should start or feed training: documents, procedures, job records, roles or customer events. Think of document and wiki tools, field service software, ticketing systems and operations apps. If you want parts of Elvina to appear inside your own interface, the software platforms path covers that instead.

What embedding means

In an integration, embedding stays light: your customer keeps both products, and a connector brings agreed data from your product into Elvina. Approved files can flow into Company Knowledge as sources, while assignments and progress stay in the Learning Platform. Google Drive and Notion already connect to Company Knowledge directly; a connector for your product is built with our team. Elvina reads only what the connection allows and does not write into your product. If progress should appear there, a person exports it and moves it; an automatic transfer back is planned, not available today, and comes only after confirmation.

How a partnership starts

It starts with a demo and a short technical call about your data model. Next comes an integration brief: which objects move, in which direction, with which permissions, and what happens on errors or duplicates. A joint pilot with a few shared customers then tests the connector before anyone announces it.

04

What we need from you

A product owner and an engineer who know your data model, documentation for the endpoints you offer and a test environment with sample records. For the pilot, each participating customer must consent and name a person who approves what reaches their staff.

05

What we do not promise yet

API access with documentation is part of the Enterprise plan. This page does not describe endpoints, SDKs or limits, promises no marketplace listing and does not announce integration dates in advance.

  • The contract for any connection is confirmed in writing for your agreement
  • A direct write into your product is planned, not available today, and would need your permission decision and confirmation first
  • Joint marketing is not promised
  • Integration terms are agreed in the partner agreement

Questions people ask

What is an AI employee integration partnership? It is an agreement to connect your product and Elvina for customers who use both. Agreed files or events from your product can start training in Elvina. Progress goes back through an export that a person runs; an automatic transfer is planned, not available today, and comes only after confirmation.

  • Is there an API we can build against? Yes, on the Enterprise plan: API access comes with documentation. This page does not describe endpoints or limits, so build against that documentation and the integration contract confirmed for your agreement, including authentication, objects, permissions and error handling, not against examples on this website.
  • How is this different from embedding Elvina in our product? Embedding puts parts of Elvina inside your interface. An integration keeps two products side by side and lets agreed data from your product reach Elvina. Some partners may want both, and the connector is the smaller test, so it can come first.
  • Can Elvina change data in our product? No. Elvina reads what the connection allows and does not write into your product. If your customers need progress there, a person exports it and moves it. A direct write is planned, not available today, and would need your permission decision and confirmation first.
  • Who maintains the connector after the pilot? The agreement settles that, along with how changes on either side are announced and tested. Until it is written down, nobody should treat the connector as a supported product, and customers should not depend on it.
