How to embed an AI employee in your software platform

You have the customers, we have the AI employee. To embed an AI employee in your software platform, you need one that already turns a customer's knowledge into training. Elvina does that work today in her own workspace, and answers in Chat are planned, not available today. A joint pilot tests how she can appear inside your product, so your platform offers trained people, not just another feature to configure.

01

Who this is for

Vertical software companies, HR and workforce platforms, scheduling and point-of-sale systems whose customers hire and train staff constantly. If your customers ask you for training features you do not want to build, this path is for you.

  • Vertical SaaS for restaurants, salons, clinics, trades or retail
  • HR, payroll and workforce management platforms
  • Scheduling, point-of-sale and operations software
02

What embedding means

Embedding is the goal of a joint pilot, not a finished feature on our side. The idea: your customer keeps working in your product, while Elvina works with the knowledge that customer approves, such as routines, menus and service standards. She drafts lessons and job aids, and the customer's manager assigns them to staff; answering their questions in Chat is planned, not available today. The pilot tests which parts can appear inside your interface and which stay in Elvina's own Web workspace, and every connection is confirmed before launch.

03

How a partnership starts

It starts with a demo. We look at your customers, the training requests you receive and the data your product already holds, then decide together whether a joint pilot with a few of your customers makes sense. Anything commercial is agreed in writing afterwards, not on this page.

  • A demo built around your product and your customers
  • A short list of customers for a joint pilot
  • A written agreement before anything goes live
04

What we need from you

A product owner on your side, a clear picture of which customers and roles you want to start with, and access to the integration points your product offers. For the pilot, we also need each participating customer's consent to use their material.

05

What we do not promise yet

We do not publish integration timelines, pricing for partners or availability of specific connections on this website. Each depends on your product and is confirmed during the pilot. Elvina never acts inside your customers' systems without an approved connection and a person's approval.

Questions people ask

Can we embed an AI employee in our SaaS product? That is what this path explores. Which parts can run inside your interface and which stay in Elvina's own workspace is tested in a joint pilot, and every connection is confirmed before anything reaches your customers.

  • What do our customers get from an embedded AI employee? Training for their staff built from their own material, completion records and job aids for use during work, with answers in Chat (planned, not available today). If the pilot confirms the integration, they get it through the product they already use instead of a separate tool.
  • Who owns the training material our customers create? Each customer's material stays theirs and is used only for their own staff. How data flows between your product and Elvina is written into the partnership agreement before any customer joins the pilot.
  • Do our customers need a separate Elvina account? That depends on how the partnership is set up. Two options are possible: sign-in through your product or a separate workspace. We decide it together during the pilot, based on your product and your customers.
  • How long does a partner pilot take? It depends on your integration points and the number of customers involved. We agree on the scope and the success measures in the first conversation and write them down before starting.
