ELVINA · PARTNERS
Become a partner: one first conversation, four tracks, terms in writing
To become an Elvina partner, you start with a demo request, run a small joint pilot and then sign written terms that are set for each partner separately. This page is for software companies, investors, consultants, agencies, resellers and creators deciding whether working with an AI employee is worth their time. It explains the tracks and what happens at each step.
Who this is for
Companies that already serve businesses across industries that hire and train frontline staff all year. If your customers, clients or portfolio companies keep asking how to get new people ready, a partnership may fit. Pick the track closest to how you work today.
| Track | Who it fits | What the first conversation covers |
|---|---|---|
| Software and integrations | HR, payroll, scheduling, point-of-sale and learning platforms | Which events or files in your product could start training |
| Investors and holding companies | Funds and owners of several operating companies | Which company could go first and who approves there |
| Service firms | Consultants, agencies, implementers and resellers | Which clients fit and who does which part of the work |
| Creators | Experts with training material they own | Which material, for which audience, reviewed by whom |
What embedding means
Embedding means Elvina becomes part of what you already offer, instead of one more tool your clients must find on their own. For a software partner, that may be a connection to your product. For a service firm, it is Elvina inside your engagement. Approved sources go into Company Knowledge, Creation Studio drafts lessons and job aids, and a manager assigns them on the Learning Platform after a person approves. Today our team does much of the build on the platform, and Elvina takes on each step once it is confirmed. Which form fits you is tested in the pilot, not assumed.
How a partnership starts
Every track follows the same order, and nothing commercial is decided on this website or in the first call.
- A demo built around your customers, clients or portfolio companies
- A written scope for a joint pilot with a few of them, including how success is measured
- The pilot itself, run on the product as it works today
- Written terms for your partnership alone, signed before anything goes live
What we need from you
A named owner on your side and a clear idea of which customers or companies you want to start with. For the pilot, we need their consent to use their material and a person on their side who approves training before staff see it. If your track involves a product connection, add someone who can explain your data and integration points.
What we do not promise yet
There is no ready partner program with a price list, tiers or standard terms. Terms are agreed in a partner agreement with each partner once a pilot shows the fit.
- No referrals, joint marketing or exclusivity are promised on this page
- Your brand on the workspace and your own domain come only with the Enterprise plan; on other plans, exports carry it
- No partner certification exists, and none is implied
- No results for your customers are promised
Questions people ask
How do I become a partner with Elvina? The first step is a demo request that names the track closest to your business. We look at your customers, clients or portfolio together and agree whether a small joint pilot makes sense. Terms come after the pilot and are written for each partner separately.
- Is there a partner application or approval process? There is no separate application form or scoring. The demo conversation does that job: both sides decide whether the fit is real. If it is, the pilot scope and later the terms are written down and signed by both sides.
- What does it cost to become a partner? No partner price list is published. Any costs and other commercial terms are agreed in the partner agreement with each partner, so nothing commercial is decided on this website.
- Can one company belong to more than one track? Yes. A consulting firm that also resells, or a fund that owns a software company, can discuss both. We still start with one pilot, so each track gets its own scope and its own written terms.
