ELVINA · PARTNERS
An AI content partnership for LMS vendors whose customers lack courses
An LMS vendor AI content partnership with Elvina turns your customers' own procedures into approved courses that export as SCORM, xAPI or MP4 and run inside your LMS. This page is for LMS companies whose small and mid-size customers buy the platform but struggle to fill it with courses about their own work. Your LMS keeps enrollment, delivery and records.
Who this is for
LMS companies selling to businesses with frontline staff, where the platform is ready and the course catalog is not. The customer's real material sits in binders, slide decks and a manager's head. Generic course libraries cover broad topics well, but not how this customer opens a store or closes out a job.
What embedding means
For an LMS vendor, embedding means Elvina becomes the content step in front of your platform, not a second LMS. The customer's approved sources go into Company Knowledge, and Creation Studio drafts courses, lessons, quizzes and avatar video lessons that a person on the customer side approves. Today our team runs each build on the platform, with Elvina taking on steps as they are confirmed. The finished course exports as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or MP4, which is available now, and runs in your LMS with your tracking. A direct connection that replaces the manual upload is something a pilot would test, not a finished feature.
| Step | Elvina | Your LMS |
|---|---|---|
| Capture the customer's procedures | Company Knowledge, with an owner for each source | Not involved |
| Draft the course and the quiz | Creation Studio, approved by the customer | Not involved |
| Package the course | SCORM, xAPI or MP4 export, available now | Imports the package |
| Enroll, deliver and track completion | Not needed | Your platform, as today |
| Update after a procedure changes | Our team starts the redraft; a person at the customer approves it | Gets the new version when the customer uploads the export |
How a partnership starts
It starts with a demo using a sanitized procedure from one of your customers. We export the result in the standard your LMS supports and test it in a test instance, including how a quiz reports completion. If that works, a joint pilot with a few customers tests the full path from their sources to a tracked course.
What we need from you
A product owner, a test instance of your LMS with the SCORM or xAPI version you support, and a short list of customers who need content more than features. Each pilot customer must consent to the use of its material and name a person who approves courses.
What we do not promise yet
We do not promise a direct connector to your LMS, a ready content library or a listing in your marketplace. Exports are available now; anything beyond a file the customer uploads is tested in a pilot. Elvina does not certify learners or replace mandatory compliance courses. Terms for LMS partners are discussed separately with each vendor.
Questions people ask
How does an LMS vendor AI content partnership work? Elvina turns a customer's approved procedures into courses, and the customer imports them into your LMS as SCORM, xAPI or MP4 files. Your LMS keeps enrollment, delivery and completion records. A joint pilot tests the path with a few customers before any terms are written.
- Does Elvina compete with our LMS? Elvina includes a Learning Platform for customers without an LMS. In this partnership, her job is the content step, and your LMS stays where customers enroll and track learners. Where both could apply, the customer decides.
- Which SCORM and xAPI versions will work? Elvina exports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI and MP4. Test a real package from Elvina in your test instance, including quiz completion, before telling customers it works, because how your LMS reads each package is confirmed in that test, not assumed from a list.
- Can course updates reach our LMS automatically? Not today. When a procedure changes, our team starts the rebuild of the affected lessons on the platform, and a person at the customer approves them. The customer then exports the new version as SCORM or xAPI, available now, and uploads it to your LMS. A direct update path is something a pilot could test.
