Brand training content, in short
Brand training content is training that carries one organization's look across every lesson, so a learner never wonders whether a deck came from a different company. It helps marketing and operations managers who inherited slides built by several people with mixed type and colors. Elvina applies the logo, fonts, brand colors and music from your Brand Kit to a lesson while leaving its instructions, source notes and quiz logic as they were, and that is available now. A person checks contrast and readability before the restyled version goes out.

Who this is for, and when
A marketing operations manager at a multi-site dental group inherits training lessons built by three different office managers. Fonts vary, one deck uses a competitor's stock template, and the color used for 'stop' in one lesson means 'proceed' in another. She needs every lesson to look like it came from one organization without touching the clinical instructions inside.
How it works in Elvina
A reviewed lesson adopts the approved typography and color roles without changing the operational instructions.
- She uploads the brand kit (logo files, typography, color roles and usage rules) to Company Knowledge with the brand owner named.
- In Creation Studio, Elvina applies the approved typography and color roles to an existing lesson while leaving body text, source notes and quiz logic untouched.
- Elvina flags places where a color alone carried meaning and proposes a label or icon so feedback does not depend on color.
- She reviews contrast, logo placement and text scaling in the Web workspace before the branded version replaces the old one on the Learning Platform.
A worked example
A fictional dental group, Brightwater Dental Partners, operates six offices. Its brand kit includes two typefaces, a five-color palette with defined roles, and a rule that the logo never sits on a photo. The lesson being restyled is 'Sterilization Log Procedure', which contains a source note citing the infection-control manual and a quiz with color-coded feedback.
- The restyled lesson uses the approved heading and body typefaces and places the logo on a solid header block.
- Quiz feedback that was red or green now also reads 'Correct' or 'Try again' in text.
- The infection-control source note remains visible on every slide where it appeared before.
What to check before relying on it
Check contrast, logo use and text enlargement. Branding must not hide source notes or make feedback depend on color.
- Body text meets a readable contrast ratio against its background on every slide.
- The logo appears only in positions the brand kit allows.
- No instruction or source citation was removed or shortened during restyling.
- Enlarging the text does not hide any content or break the layout.
Where a person stays in charge
Restyling changes appearance, not substance. Elvina will not rewrite a clinical step to fit a layout, and it will not invent brand assets that are missing from the kit. The brand owner and the content owner each confirm the branded version before it replaces the original for learners.
Who this is not for, and when another tool fits
This is not the right fit if
- You need a new brand identity designed from scratch.
- Your brand kit is missing and you expect Elvina to invent logos or colors.
- The lesson content itself is wrong and needs rewriting, not restyling.
Another kind of tool may fit better
- A brand designer, when the logo, palette or type rules do not exist yet.
- A graphic designer, for marketing pieces outside training.
