ELVINA · COMPLIANCE TRAINING RECORDS

I build compliance training for small business, with records

You know the requirement exists, but the proof is a sign-in sheet in a drawer. I link each requirement you name to approved material, and the platform keeps a record of who completed which version, and when. A qualified reviewer on your side decides whether that is enough. I never certify anything myself.

Each requirement linked to approved material and who completed it. Your reviewer makes the final call.

In short

What these records are, and what they are not

A record here shows which requirement a lesson covers, which approved version a person completed on the platform and, in your managers' notes, who watched them do the task. It is evidence you can open and show. Whether it satisfies a regulator, an inspector or a contract is a judgment for your qualified reviewer, and I leave that judgment with them.

Rules differ in what they ask: the HIPAA Privacy Rule, for one, requires a covered entity to train workforce members affected by a material policy change and to document that the training was provided.

What owners tell me

When the proof lives in a drawer

“I know we trained them. I can't show it.”

The platform keeps each completion with the person and the date, and each lesson names the version of the material they saw.

“The policy changed, and nobody knows who saw the new one.”

Send me the new version: I redraft it for review, and the platform shows who has not completed it yet.

“I'm not even sure what counts.”

Your reviewer decides what counts: a signed acknowledgment of reading, a quiz or an observed task. I build to that decision.

How I take it on

From the requirement to a record your reviewer can trace

  1. 1

The requirement, in its own words

You name the requirement, the roles it covers and the person on your side who reviews it.

  2. 2

    What counts as done

Your reviewer sets the evidence for each one, from a signed acknowledgment of reading to a task observed by a supervisor.

  3. 3

    Material from approved sources

I draft the lesson from your policy, each point linked to the line it came from. You approve it before anyone takes it.

  4. 4

    Assigned and kept

Your manager assigns the version for each role, and the platform keeps a record of who completed it and when; each lesson names its version.

  5. 5

    Gaps stay visible

Missing, expired and disputed records stay marked as open and are never counted as done.

  6. 6

The call stays with the reviewer

Your reviewer opens the file and decides whether it meets the requirement.

Example

Pick-up policy records at two centers

You said: "Our licensing visit is in the spring, and our pick-up policy training lives on a sign-in sheet." I start with that policy. Example · 2 childcare centers, all staff

  1. Week 1The pick-up rule from your handbook, matched to the line of the licensing checklist you named
  2. Week 1Your director sets the evidence: a short quiz and a watched hand-off
  3. Week 2Lesson and a door card approved, assigned to all classroom staff
  4. Week 3Room leads watch one real pick-up each and record it
  5. Week 4Two records still open, shown as open. Your director reviews the file
Who does what

Who does what

You

Name the requirement and the person who reviews it.

Your reviewer

Decides what counts as evidence and whether the records are enough.

Your room leads

Watch the task wherever a watched task is the evidence.

Me

Draft the material. Your manager assigns it by role, and the platform keeps completions with their dates.

Legal and regulatory questions go to your reviewer or adviser. I don't decide what the law requires.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

The requirement as written, the roles it covers and the policy or procedure behind it.

You get

Approved material for that requirement, and the platform's record of who completed it and when, ready for your reviewer to inspect.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

FAQ

Questions owners ask about compliance training records

How do small businesses track compliance training?

Each requirement you name is linked to approved material, and the platform keeps a record of who completed which version, and when. Your managers' notes add who watched a person do the task. Missing, expired and disputed records stay marked as open and are never counted as done.

How do I build compliance training for a state licensing checklist?

Name the requirement as written, the roles it covers and the person on your side who reviews it. I draft the lesson from your policy, each point linked to the line it came from, and you approve it before anyone takes it. When the policy changes, send me the new version. I redraft it for review, and the platform shows who has not completed it yet.

Who decides whether our compliance training records are enough?

A qualified reviewer on your side decides, starting with what counts as evidence: a signed acknowledgment of reading, a quiz or a task observed by a supervisor. I build to that decision and never certify anything myself. Legal and regulatory questions go to your reviewer or adviser.
