Plan work when monthly credits run low

Your actual workspace owner and the billing options verified for that environment.

Practical guide · screens and limits can differ by plan.

01

When you need this

A workspace owner who has watched the monthly allowance run low mid-period and wants to know the options before the team is blocked. The honest answer is short, and knowing it early is more useful than discovering it on a deadline: more credits come in packs listed on the pricing page, and sequencing the work decides how many you need.

02

Steps

A billing question asks whether extra credits are offered, their price and how authorization works.

  • In the Web workspace, open the usage view and confirm how much of the period is left, not only how much of the allowance is left.
  • List what is still planned and separate it into work that must ship this period and work that can wait.
  • Move the heaviest operations (narrated video and voice in Creation Studio, long translations) to the start of the next period if they are not urgent.
  • If the shortfall is structural rather than one-off, bring the actual monthly volume to a demo conversation; scope and commercial terms are agreed there, not on this site.
03

What you should see

A fictional regional retailer on the Team plan plans eleven onboarding modules in one month and reaches the allowance after seven. The operations lead ships the four highest-traffic roles first, moves the remaining three to the following period, and books a conversation about the real annual volume.

  • The four roles that matter most are live on schedule
  • Nothing is half-produced and abandoned mid-period
  • The volume question is raised with real numbers rather than an estimate
04

What to check before relying on it

Extra credits come in packs priced on the pricing page (4,000 credits for $10, 12,000 for $30, 18,000 for $45 and 32,000 for $80). The first step is paid through the Stripe link Elvina gives in the chat; carry-over of unused credits or automatic refill is not offered here. Do not pay through an unverified link or infer terms from another vendor's pricing.

  • The plan for the remainder of the period is written down and agreed with the owner
  • Heavy operations are deliberately sequenced, not discovered by running out
  • Any request for a larger allowance carries the actual monthly volume, not a guess
05

If it does not work

Payment: the first step is paid by card through Stripe in the chat, a person on the Elvina team confirms it within one business day, and other packs are invoiced by a person. More credits come in packs, 4,000 credits for $10, 12,000 for $30, 18,000 for $45 and 32,000 for $80, priced on the pricing page. Whether unused credits carry over, and for how long they stay valid, is confirmed before you pay. Material credit costs are listed on the pricing page. A larger scope is a commercial conversation that starts with a demo.

Questions people ask

Can I buy more for this month? Yes. More credits come in packs, 4,000 credits for $10, 12,000 for $30, 18,000 for $45 and 32,000 for $80, listed on the pricing page; the first step is paid by card through Stripe in the chat, a person on the Elvina team confirms it within one business day, and other packs are invoiced by a person. A larger monthly scope is agreed in a conversation.

  • What happens when the allowance is used up? Work that depends on it waits for the next period, unless you add a pack of credits. That is why sequencing the heavy operations early in the period is worth doing deliberately.
