ELVINA · REPEAT CUSTOMER QUESTIONS
When the same question arrives all week, answers may differ by person; we check that in your tickets first. I group the repeat questions with your support lead, get one approved answer for each, and turn them into a short lesson and an answer card for the people who reply. You read the effect in your own ticket reports.
One approved answer per repeat question, taught to the people who reply to customers. Your ticket reports show the effect.

A few weeks of customer questions or ticket subjects, and the rules your answers come from.
The repeat questions grouped, one approved answer card for each and a short lesson for the people who reply.
We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.
I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.
Stop and ask your support lead before any refund above the policy limit.
Repeat customer questions are the handful of questions behind much of the queue: an order status, a setup step, a refund rule. Some repeat because many customers simply ask them; some may come back because replies differ by person or miss the real cause, and we check which in your tickets with your support lead. I train your support and front desk staff on one approved answer for each, with the point where they escalate. Fixing the product or the process behind a question is your team’s decision.
Your support lead and I sort recent tickets or call notes into the few questions behind most of them.
For each question, the answer your team should give, approved by the person who owns that rule.
One page per question: the words to use, the check to make first and when to transfer the customer to someone else.
Practice on real wording, so a new support person sounds like your strongest one.
Your support lead reads a few real replies from each person and decides who answers without review.
Questions that point to a product or process problem go to the person who can fix it.
You said: "Most of our messages ask where an order is, and every agent answers differently." I start with that question. Example · 1 online store, 8 support agents
