ELVINA · CLEANING SERVICES

I train your cleaning crews on each client's site rules

Your crews clean buildings at night that you rarely walk yourself. I write your cleaning methods and product chart as short lessons, and make a one-page site card for every client building: what to clean, what never to touch, how to lock up. A supervisor walks the finished areas before a cleaner works a site without a lead.

Your cleaning methods as short lessons, plus a site card for each client building. A supervisor walks the finished areas first.

Before you start

What working with me takes

You send

A client's scope of work, your product chart, or a phone video of one building walked end to end.

You get

A site card for that building and short lessons on your methods, with a supervisor inspection before anyone cleans it alone.

Your time

We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.

Who helps

I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.

Example · site card, bank branch
Main St branch: nightly cleanDraft for your approval

Night crew · one page · from the client scope, version 3

  1. Enter by the rear door and disarm as the alarm card shows
  2. Teller line, lobby and restrooms first, offices last
  3. The vault area and the manager's office stay locked: do not enter
  4. Shred bins stay; empty only the blue recycling
  5. Arm the alarm, test the rear door, text your lead

Stop and call your lead if the alarm code fails or you find a door open.

Roles I start with

The crew, the lead and the people who keep the contract

We look at this list together, and I begin with whoever you hire before the next contract starts.

Commercial cleaner

The room-by-room order for offices, restrooms and break rooms, and what a cleaner never moves on a desk.

Residential cleaner

Your checklist for a home visit, care for the client's belongings and what to do when nobody is home.

Floor care technician

Your floor routines, from dust mop to burnish, and the wet floor signs that go out first.

Crew lead

Key handling and alarm procedures that follow your rules, the nightly checklist and reporting damage or a spill.

Site supervisor

The inspection walk, the client punch list and how a complaint becomes a fix the next night.

Account manager

Each client's scope of work written down, so a new crew starts from the contract and not from the last crew's habits.

How I take it on

Cleaning company training, built site by site

  1. 1

    The contract that starts next

Which client, which buildings and the night your crew starts there.

  2. 2

Your methods and the scope of work

Your cleaning order, the product chart and the client's scope, or a walk-through video your supervisor records on a phone.

  3. 3

    A card for every building

Short lessons on your methods and a one-page site card per building: entry, areas, products, lockup. You sign off on each.

  4. 4

    Labels that match the bottles

Product names and dilution steps written exactly as printed on the labels your crews use.

  5. 5

    Assigned on your schedule

Once you approve them, your manager assigns each cleaner the lessons and the card for their sites on the schedule you set, with reminders if you want them (planned, not available today).

  6. 6

A walk of the finished areas

Your supervisor inspects the work on the first nights and decides who cleans the site without a lead.

Example

A bank contract with its own rules in every branch

You said: "We start cleaning twelve bank branches on the first of the month, and each one locks up differently." I start with the site cards. Example · janitorial company, 12 branches

  1. Week 1Your supervisor records a walk-through of each branch
  2. Week 1Site cards and a lesson on your restroom routine drafted
  3. Week 2Your operations manager fixes the lockup steps on two cards and approves
  4. Week 2Spanish and Portuguese versions for the night crews
  5. Week 3Assigned to 18 cleaners, branch by branch
  6. Week 4First-night inspections: your supervisor decides who cleans alone

For night crews who read Spanish or Portuguese

Cleaning crews are often more at ease reading Spanish or Portuguese. I prepare each site card in the languages your crew reads from one approved version; send me the client's revised instruction and I draft each language for approval, and your managers share the approved cards.

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese

What stays with you

  • Required chemical safety training stays with the provider you use
  • Keys, alarm codes and client access stay under your own rules
  • Your supervisor decides who cleans a site without a lead
  • Hiring, pay and the night schedule are yours
