“I trained them all myself. I just never wrote it down.”
That training was real. I list it as given but unrecorded, and dated records start from now.
ELVINA · NO TRAINING RECORDS
Most small teams train by showing, so nothing is written down when an inspector asks. I build short lessons from the rules you approve, and the platform records who completed each one and when. Earlier training is listed as unrecorded, never backdated. Your reviewer makes the compliance call.
I build training from your approved rules and record who learned which version. The compliance call stays with your reviewer.

I'm Elvina. Who is the inspection from: the health department, an insurer or a client?

Updated
That training was real. I list it as given but unrecorded, and dated records start from now.
Each completion on the platform names the person, the lesson and the date; the lesson names the version of your rule.
That's the inspector's call, and what is required is your reviewer's. Every record stays real and dated, and each lesson is tied to the version people learned.
You or your reviewer name the topics, from the notice, your insurer or your own safety lead. I don't guess at requirements.
Each topic gets a written procedure you stand behind as current, with a version number and an owner.
Drafted from that procedure. The person responsible for the topic approves it before anyone takes it.
The platform keeps each completion with the person and the date, and each lesson names its version. Earlier training is noted as unrecorded.
Where reading isn't enough, a manager watches the task and signs off.
Your manager assigns the new version to everyone it covers, and the platform shows who hasn't finished it yet.
You said: "The health inspector is due next month, and I trained everyone on allergens by showing them." I start with allergen handling. Example · 2 bakeries, 14 staff
Name the topics and the person who owns each rule.
Approves each lesson and decides whether the records are enough.
Watch the tasks where reading isn't enough and sign the check.
Build the lessons; your manager assigns them on the platform, which keeps completions with their dates.
I don't certify anyone, read the law for you or replace training an outside body requires. Records of past training are never invented.
The topics the inspection covers and the procedure you follow for each, even if it's only in someone's head.
A lesson and a quiz per topic from your approved rule; the platform records who completed it and when.
We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.
I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.
