ELVINA · LESS TRAVEL FOR TRAINING
When a trainer drives between locations to explain the same rules, much of that day is talk. I split your training in two: what people can learn on a phone first, and what needs a trainer beside them. I build the online part from your manuals, and your lead trainer signs off on the split. Hands-on practice stays in person.
What can be learned on a phone goes online once your trainer approves it. Hands-on practice stays with your trainer, in person.

I'm Elvina. What does your trainer travel to teach: rules, product or hands-on work?

Updated
The agenda of one training visit and the manuals behind it.
Each topic marked online or in person, plus online lessons and a quiz for your trainer to approve. Before the visit, a list of who finished.
We agree up front how much of your time the interview and approvals take, and what else you and your managers do.
I prepare the materials. My team sets me up, supports your account and runs your demo. A person confirms every meeting and every payment.
| Topic | Where |
|---|---|
| Store policies and dress code | Online, before the visit |
| Age-restricted sales rules | Online, then a role-play on site |
| Register and cash drop | In person |
| Food prep station | In person |
| Product facts and promotions | Online, before the visit |
Online training for multiple locations works for the knowing part of a job: terms, rules, product facts and the reasons behind each step. It doesn't work for anything a person must practice on equipment or under a supervisor's eye. I split each course along that line with your lead trainer, build the online part as short lessons and a quiz, and show who finished it before the visit. In-person time then goes to practice. You compare trips and trainer days in your own records.
Your lead trainer lists what each visit covers, topic by topic.
We mark each topic. Anything with equipment, safety or a supervisor watching stays on site.
Short lessons and a quiz from your manuals. Your lead trainer approves them, and your managers assign them at each location on the date you set. Sending them myself is planned, not available today.
Before anyone books travel, I show your trainer who finished and who hasn't, so the visit can open with practice.
Your trainer decides whether the visit gets shorter or fits more practice into the same days.
You compare trips, trainer days and check results for the old and new format in your own records.
You said: "Our trainer spends two days at each new store, and most of it is the policy talk." I start with the policy part. Example · 7 convenience stores

Splits each course into online and in person, and approves the online lessons.
Make sure people get time on the clock to finish before the visit.
Build the online part, send it to each location and show your trainer who is prepared.
Anything a license, a certifying body or your safety lead requires in person stays in person.
