WHAT ELVINA CAN DO

Elvina capabilities for building training

Explore the intended scope of creation, editing, delivery and support. This catalog describes what to validate in a pilot, not a list of functions certified live.

IN SHORT

The work behind a useful learning outcome.

Elvina capabilities are the separate jobs this AI employee does on your training material, grouped so owners, managers and trainers of small and mid-size businesses can find one operation and read its limits before trying it. The catalog spans capturing sources, drafting, restructuring courses, folders and access, and reading learning records. Drafting lessons, quizzes and courses from your sources, editing them by hand and assigning them with progress by person are available now. Answers to staff in chat are planned, not available today. A person on your side approves every draft first.

Describe the result; verify the exact action.

A course can require several operations: collecting sources, creating a structure, editing a lesson, checking understanding and granting access. The catalog below groups intended product actions so you can identify the scope of a pilot. It does not establish current availability, successful delivery or permission to act.

Web, and Chat once it ships, are two paths to the same approved artifact, not separate promises. For each action, verify the authorized user, source, version, result and refusal behavior. Paid operations, destructive changes, personal likenesses, communications and access changes require the applicable approval. Provider-specific media, exports and external channels must be checked individually.

Choose the format, channel and moment separately.

A useful output and a working delivery route are different requirements. The options below describe what a pilot can scope with Elvina. Confirm the selected combination; none is a blanket promise of a live adapter or scheduled service.

The form of the help

Courses, video lessons, presentations, quizzes and one-page guides; short video and audio; reference cards, quotes, articles and posts; emails, checklists, reminders and sales scripts. Dialogue practice and surveys are additional scenarios to validate, not implied production features.

Where people receive it

Elvina Web is the central experience. Other possible routes include an approved access link, a downloadable file, an external LMS, email, Slack, Teams, Telegram or WhatsApp. Social publishing, a workplace QR code, an embedded experience or printed material each need their own access, format and delivery check.

When it should happen

On request, on assignment, at an agreed time or after an approved event. Elvina does not send due-date reminders or automatic reminders before a certification expires; help after a learner gets stuck requires separate scheduler and delivery acceptance. Define consent, duplicates, stopping conditions and human escalation before enabling proactive contact.

Conversation must work in both directions.

A learner can ask for an explanation, a simpler version, an example, a missing answer, an error correction, a human or a review of an assessment. Proposed proactive support includes comprehension checks, feedback, a next step, a reminder, an update, completion recognition, resuming abandoned learning and revisiting a weak area. Test each chosen interaction in context; a scripted demonstration is not evidence that all these behaviors are live.

Creation, delivery and interaction are separate acceptance steps.

Creating a reminder is not proof that it was sent. Granting access is not proof that a learner can open the material. Generating an assessment is not proof that its answers are correct. Test the full journey, including interruption, retry, unauthorized access, a learner’s question and the route to a human.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What happens on the free demo

  1. Book 30 minutes. Pick a time with Elvina's team. The demo is free and runs on Zoom.
  2. Show the team your goal. Bring one role or one procedure. The team shows how Elvina would handle it, using sample materials.
  3. Agree on the next step. You leave with a plan for the first step and its price. Nothing reaches your team until you approve it.
WHO IT IS NOT FOR

Who this is not for, and when another tool fits

This is not the right fit if

  • You want a library of general courses rather than training built on your own procedures.
  • You want material to reach staff without anyone on your side reviewing it.
  • What you need is hiring, payroll or scheduling software.

Another kind of tool may fit better

  • Your current authoring tool, if one designer already builds every course by hand and the team is happy with it.
  • A shared drive, when people only need to find a file rather than learn a task.
